Mr snowman came out to my home via my home warranty asked my daughter where the a.c was I was on the phone she told him on the roof he went outside didn't even go up on the roof said it's a commercial unit we don't work on them and just left there web site says they do commercial work just plain lazy is what I see from this company
This company was hired through our home warranty company. From the start, Mr. Snowman AC was slow to respond. The company initially stated a new evaporator coil, plenum, 2 safety switches, and drip pans were needed. We moved forward with these recommendations. Within one week of the "repair", there was condensation built up on some of the air vents and reduced air flow from vents throughout the home which we never had an issue with prior to them showing up. We called them back and they stated that it was the humidity from the shower in our half bathroom. This half bathroom has no shower!! The company came back 3-4 times to reseal the plenum. The plenum was never properly sealed from the inside out as it should have been. As we continued to have unresolved issues, we chose to request a different company through our warranty as Mr. Snowman AC routinely did not communicate well, did not show up until 6 hours past the time scheduled, did not call to communicate that they were running late, began to sound irritated with us over the phone because we continued to point out their mistakes, had no consideration whatsoever for our time, at one point showed up at 9:40 pm on a weekday, and did not seem to know how to fix what was wrong. During this entire time of 3 months still trying to get or system running properly, there has been debris (i.e., trash that Mr. Snowman AC never cleaned up from the attic) blowing through our vents and onto our floors. The first technician came out and stated that he had no idea why we had condensation building up on our ceiling ac vents in the half bath. He found some air escaping from the plenum in the attic and re-taped the plenum. Then the owner of the company came and re-inspected everything, re-sealed the plenum again, and closed one of the dampeners in order to "resolve" our issues. The owner stated that if we continue to have problems, we would have to remove the entire air duct system on the second level of our home. Once switching to
My home warranty company booked them for two separate work orders. The first one they did not call me for a month so I cancelled the service. The second they did not call me for 5 days so I rescheduled with a different company. The new company has already contacted me and set up my appointment. I do not recommend mr snowman.
Zero knowledge, and don't trust what they say... They are just replace man not repair man😤😤😤😤
Great customer service! Replaced our AC unit on a weekend. Came out again within a couple hours the following week when our AC suddenly turned off. Addressed all concerns even a few weeks after installation. Thank you for providing great customer service.
First my wife was upset because we had to wait for a part that was on warranty. We waited for a week because it was coming from Houston. Which was very upsetting because living in Texas is very HOT HOT and it wasn't pleasant. I knew it wasn't his fault. When the part came in, on Saturday, he gave us a discount and told us if any issues occur that we had 1 yr of service with no charge. My wife was very pleased and happy. Remember happy wife means a happy life. Now our home is cool. Thank you Mr. Snowman and Michael.

Called to have system checked for no cold air, they came out and said they would have to order parts and get back to me, nobody called me back that night so I called the next day. I was just told that I should be expecting a call and they will get back to me no other info. After 3 days of no A.C. they did not call me back to follow up and I no longer care to use their service even though I paid them for diagnostics. No sense of urgency and in my opinion very unprofessional.
I can’t tell you enough on how much I love my Ac units and the brothers that came to install. I have had zero issues with my Ac and if I did they would come in a heartbeat.
They're always helpful and doing what they can for my family. I appreciate them.
Mr Snowman Air Conditioning & Heating responded very quickly. They were at the house within 4 hours and fixed the outside unit. The technician, Michael, was very respectful and explained what was wrong with the unit and how it was corrected.

Elijah was my airconditioner technician he called me this morning with a time frame and was punctual. My air had not been cooling but was running up my bill. Made an appointment through my house warranty and it was super easy to make an appointment. You can even track your technicians so you know exactly when they will be arriving. He came out and got my air cooling in no time. Would recommend this company again 5 star service
Elijah was sent out to my home from my home warranty company. Can't say enough about the service he provided. Stayed in constant contact with me about appointment time and everything he did to get my AC working in my home again. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future issues I might have. Absolutely incredible service.
Mike was incredible. Our AC went out, and he was out the next day. Extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to ensure everything was fixed. Great customer care which is extremely important!
I woke up this morning to a very hot house due to an AC unit that was not working. My home warranty company told me that I should enter a service request but that the issue probably would not get fixed until Monday or Tuesday since today is a Saturday and it's currently the weekend. An hour and a half later I received a call from Elijah and he said he could be at my house in 10 minutes! I told him I had left (because it was so hot) and that I was 25 min away. He told me he could wait in the area for me to get home. He showed up promptly and ready to fix my issue. Not only did he find the issue quickly but he included me in the repair in the sense of education so that I can be informed for the future. I really appreciated that! He was very kind, respectful, and I could tell he knows what he is doing! I will definitely keep their information for any future AC issues I might have. Thank you Elijah and thank you for making your customers your priority!
100% satisfied with Mr. Snowman AC and Heating. I submitted a claim through Home Warranty program and my claim was assigned to Mr. Snowman and I am so glad it was. Elijah came out the same day the job was assigned. He was knowledgeable, honest, and able to pinpoint AC issue quickly and worked diligently to solve the problem. Although the cost of the job was not covered under home warranty at 100%, the end cost was more than fair. I will be utilizing Mr. Snowman for ALL future AC and Hearing needs. Thanks again, Elijah!
Super thorough and extremely efficient. Very friendly service and they take the extra measure to make sure you're satisfied. We have OneGuard Home Warranty and they sent them. Elijah and David made quite the impression and if we ever have to hire outside of warranty, we definitely will be using them again.
