This company was the best we've used in years. They arrived in a timely manner, efficiently unclogged a drain and installed a garbage disposal. Both Michael and Montell were very clean and professional. I highly recommend them for their excellent work and fair prices.
My washer and kitchen sink were out of commission for about a month if not longer. Prior to this company coming out I had 4 other companies with 4 different answers to the problem and no solution. They finally unclogged the pipes after about 2 hours. Thank you for your services, you explained the problem and found the solution. Reasonable priced too. I highly recommend this company.
I had two great experiences with Mr Root Out. After seeing their truck in the community, I called because of an issue with the house I thought was related to the plumbing. The drain issue was diagnosed over the phone and hasn't been a problem since, which is a big relief. The second experience was a paid repair. I hired Mr Root Out to replace a faucet in my half-bath. I bought the faucet from the store and Mr Root Out performed installation. This was a small job but once we got it scheduled, they replaced the faucet and it has worked great since. The price was less than half of the quote from my last plumber and it was in line with my expectations. Finally, I enjoyed having the two workers out here due to their good attitude.
Mike and his colleague did a great job clearing our backed up sewer. They responded quickly, very professional, and performed safely with Covid protocols. I highly recommend Mr Root Out Sewer and will use them again.
Called for a 100ft main drain snake Gave me a two hour appointment.. I gave my phone # in case of any delays or possible early arrival S aid it would be $120.00, After 21/2 i called, was told would be another hour, asked what happened that he did not call, said he was on the expressway. I cancelled!!
They were actually the worst business men ever.Especially Lyndell.They made our root issue bigger now we have to go with another company,to resolve our issue.

I had a hot water heater replaced by Mr. Root Out. I got service promptly and they did a great job. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend Lendell and the team at Mr. Root Out.
Had them out to my house twice. The second time they took 1.5 hours to run to Home Depot and pick up a faucet (10 minute drive) and then charged me $250 to install a $25 faucet, which had awful water pressure and that I had to replace again two weeks later. This was a 15 minute job. Totally overpriced for the junk faucet they put in my sink! The guys were really nice but I was really not happy with the job they did.
Horrible company almost crashed into me in their work truck. If you can't drive I wouldn't dare trust you in my house.

This company is not doing honest business! They priced me at $2700 for a broken pipe. However, I called a different company and the other company found no broken pipe. This company tried to scam me. I paid $160 for the diagnosis and asked for my money back. The owner said no problem and he would drop it off. He never reimbursed me and won't answer my calls.
They where on time, polite and fast. The quote was 95.00 and I was happy to pay for a quality job.
I called a few plumbers in the ypsilanti area and this company was the only one to return my call and come out the same day. I have a rather unique plumbing set up as the piping has a lot of elbows and 90 degree turns In the crawl space. We called because our lint trap from our washer machine fell in the drain pipe and was backing up our bathtub. Even with the difficult plumbing set up, the gentlemen did not stop working until the issue was fixed. Also at very fair price considering they spent close to two hours to complete the work. Will be calling “mr root out” for all my plumbing needs. Thank you
We were having trouble with our kid's bathroom toilet for about a week and tried on our own to plunge it without any success. We figured one of our kids dropped a small toy in there so we called Mr. Root Out based on reviews. Richard came out and was very friendly, and sweet with my kids, and it turned out all it needed was to be plunged (Not sure why that didn't work for us), but he assured me there was nothing stuck in there. He was literally at my house for 5 mins, but after speaking to his manager, still had to hand me a $120 bill....for plunging my toilet! I know this was their time and all, but for 5 mins? I was (and I mean, was) a first time customer, and they would've made a huge impression on me, and secured me as a future customer as well, had they either forgone a charge, or made it a lot more reasonable for the service/time provided. Again, Richard was very friendly, but I will not be using them again.
I've had this company come out a few times over the last few years to snake my sewer drain. The price can't be beat and they are always available same day. They come out within a few hours. (That's really important when your basement is flooded!) I will call them every time. Plus they're friendly. Very happy!
