Just a great company to do work with! The staff is nice, explains what needs to be done, and what could need to be done.
Call them, no seriously if you need work done call them! They were great, from start to finish. April helped me get scheduled. She was honest and polite about pricing and their schedule. Jason came to the house on time and stayed until he got it fixed. It wasn’t an easy problem but he made sure we had AC before he left. He also got us pricing for replacing the whole until but didn’t pressure us into going this route. When we are ready to replace it we will use Mr. Lee. They are fair and prices were reasonable.
Couldn't possibly be happier with overall experience or with service provided. Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough from the time of initial call (early Sunday morning) through final system checks following completion of necessary part replacement. Exceeded expectations across the board, including final bill which was considerably less than a competitor's estimate for same "emergency" service. Mr. Lee definitely has my future business and recommendation for any heating/AC needs.
Jason is a awesome tech. He was thorough went through everything. My house was about 80 degrees upstairs. The Mr. Lees Dr's came out fixed the my problem in no time. I recommend them to everyone!!! Don't make the Mistake of hiring someone else. Very reasonable prices, and quality of work.
Had the A/C quit working on a Sunday morning. I called Mr. Lee and they answered immediately and had someone dispatched with in an hour. Chuck came out and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the issue with in 30 minutes and even came back an hour later (at no charge to ensure that everything was functioning propoerly). Truly exceptional customer service and fair pricing. Chuck was extremely communicative and called prior to arrival to make sure I was available. There is no one else I’ll cal next time I have a heating and cooling issue. Thanks for the help guys!
Where do I start? I truly feel that the focus with Mr. Lee Heating and Cooling is the customer. Jason Weston went above-and-beyond in helping me replace my HVAC. My system was 22 years old and when the AC stopped working, I had a few options: either replace the unit, replace the evaporator coil, or refill with refrigerant and leak guard – hope for the best. No option was exactly cheap and to avoid having to make a decision on the spot, Jason offered to fill my unit with refrigerant until I had a plan, charging me nothing at that time. With the unit being 22 years old, I did not want to continue dumping money into it, so we started looking at options to replace the entire HVAC. Jason wrote up a proposal with three different options, there was no pushing or prodding on his part. He never recommended a higher priced unit and allowed me to research. It took me a little over a week to decide on the units, Jason was quick to reply to texts and emails when I had questions, he provided me all the details that I asked for with complete transparency. I inquired about a Nest thermostat and a whole house humidifier, Jason advised that if I purchase them on my own that he would install them with no charge. During this time, he probably visited my home nearly 6 times to go over financing and other details, but also personalizing this undesirable experience with each visit. The day of installation, they worked non-stop from 8am – 8pm. Getting the humidifier installed actually required a couple more visits, which really impressed me about everyone involved, because I bought the unit on Amazon and they weren’t charging me to install it. They received no payment on the purchase of the unit or installation; yet, they were willing to extend the job with a few more visits making sure the job was done right and complete. We lost heat last night at 10pm. Mr. Lee had Jason at our door in 30 minutes. A broken part was the diagnosis. Jason traveled to get part, replaced it, and we had heat again. Thank you is not enough. Amazing, outstanding, one of a kind personal service. This team is the "A+" Team!!!!!
We have needed the services of Mr. Lee three times in the past year (separate heating and cooling issues) and could not recommend them more. From the front office staff/dispatcher to the technicians who have worked on our utilities, everyone has been kind, sympathetic, and knowledgeable. The technicians are patient to answer questions and knowledgeable enough to explain what is wrong and provide you with the recommended best course of action. Their prices are extremely competitive and feel confident in the work that they do. Don't hesitate to reach out to this great group of folks for any heating/cooling issues you are experiencing.

Prompt in returning calls and very responsive. Extremely honest and reasonable. I truly feel God sent me a blessing by having them give me a second opinion. Don't need a new furnace yet and have some life yet on parts. Can't thank them enough. Hopefully the review helps.
It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that was extremely knowledgeable but also very fair and reasonable with how they treat their customers. I had my furnace go out and a neighbor of mine recommended Mr. Lee and they delivered. Jason did not stop until he had the problem diagnosed and the part taken care of under warranty. While we were waiting for the part they had two electric heaters dropped off at no charge which I was extremely appreciative of. Start to finish this group is a class act and I will be calling them for all future HVAC needs.
Fast friendly and professional
They came out quickly and fixed our A/C at the fraction of the cost it took to get an estimate from another company. Me. Lee will be our go to from now on . If only we would of found them sooner.
Hands down the best Heating and Cooling Company. They installed all new ductwork through our entire house (2800 sq ft), secured our vents that fell out, installed a new ac, furnace, and hot water heater in two days. They cleaned up every night before going home, they said they would be there at 7am and they were. They worked hard and were very courteous. We loved their work so much, we are having them do our annual service check ups. Highly recommend.

AC was kicking the blower on and off. So gave Mr. Lee a call since rated 5 stars. Turns out needed 1 lb added. But that wasn't the cause of the blower kicking on and off. Charles diagnosed it to be the board. He was able to bypass the board to keep us cool until he can get the new board. He also allowed me to watch, ask questions, and learn while he was working. Definitely a great experience and I will be using him in the future!!!!
