When it came time to replace my AC unit. I had a couple of companies come out diagnose and give me a Bid on replacing the unit it was an exhausting experience. Being a Barber i turned to my customers inquiring about a good AC company and on 3 different occasions (Nick) Mr Cool name came up.I gave him a call and he came out the next day looked at my unit he was very knowledgeable, experienced and extremely friendly. Me and my wife are very satisfied with the quality work that him and his staff provided.

Absolutely the best! Answered the phone when I called (the only one that answered) for estimate and came that afternoon. Had the estimate back by that evening. Nick was on time, professional and reasonably priced. It has been a couple months since he installed our new system. I called with a question (system blower was a bit loud) and he came right out that day to make an adjustment and was just as nice and professional. The system is great. Without hesitation I recommend Mr. Kool.
