Furnace blower was making noise. Tech diagnosis was quick and spot on. Unfortunately this company does not do Rheem warranty claims. I'll have to call a dealer that can do a warranty claim. Overall great job.

Our furnace stopped working Christmas weekend. They were able to come out and repair the furnace the same day I called. The price was very reasonable given the fact it as an emergency call on a holiday weekend. We are very happy.

My service tech was Chad, he was very professional and honest. He diagnosed the problem I was having with my furnace right away. It took him about 20 minutes and the problem was fixed. I recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.
Had our old furnace replaced within one day. Very professional and they picked up before they left. They also explained how everything worked.
On a cold Sunday evening, in January, my furnace started making so much noise it scared me. I was lucky enough to get ahold of Tony, at Mr. Furnace. He was able to diagnose my furnace problem, over a FaceTime call. He asked me to call him at 9:00am, in the morning, and he would try to find the part. At 8:30am, Tony called me. He found the part, could go and get it, and have the repair done that day. I decided that since my furnace was already 37 years old, I would rather have a new one installed. Tony was able to have the new furnace and thermostat installed and working that day, less than 24 hours from when the noise started. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent by everyone involved.
He tried to overprice the repair job. He charged $400.00 for a $200.00 job. Not until I scanned the part box to obtain information about the part did he change the price to $200.00. Will never call again
The technician came out to check and repair the gas fireplace in my mother's house. She died and we were in the process of selling her home. Mr. Furnace sent someone out the very same day and we sold the house to the first buyer. The serviceman was very helpful and professional. I would definitely use this company again!
Our furnace went out on Thanksgiving luckily I was able to get someone to look at it the next day. They were quick personal and reasonably priced I would definitely use this company again for any future problems.
The gentleman that came to our home was prompt and was so kind. I used to teach professional behavior at a corporate level and the man that came to our home from Mr. Furnace and Heating was the consumate professional. Joe was very helpful, patient, and clear. Paul and Jhamell were very kind and did a wonderful job with the installation. So far, the weather is still nice and I have not had a chance to use the furnace yet. Thanks again.
I called Mr. Furnace to help with HVAC issue. Office staff was friendly and assured me someone would come right out. Mike, the technician came out, nice guy, walked through my issues with me, told me they’d have to order part and the office would call to schedule install. He happily took my $80 for his time and I didn’t hear back to schedule service so I called and got that scheduled. The day came, no show. I called, they claimed problem with my number, remedied it and said tech would come out the next day. NO SHOW AGAIN!!!!! I called again and it went to voicemail!!!! To this day, I have NEITHER RECEIVED ANY REFUND NOR HEARD FROM A PERSON THERE! So unprofessional!!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone!
He was very professional he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly. He answered all my questions and gave me good advice about my furnace.
We were very pleased with the service. They sent a full crew and got the job done in a timely manner. The price was good, cheaper than other quotes we received but we got a quality system. Highly recommend.

Purchased a hot water heater from these guys and they were awesome. In and out in no time. They also installed a humidifier in our new home which works great too. The guys were super nice and the gal in the office was very helpful over the phone when I called in to schedule my appointment.
This company was amazing they came in replaced by furnace in AC all in the same day it looks beautiful did a great job cleaned up you wouldn't have known they were there other than the fact that it was a really nice job. I will definitely always use Mr furnace.
