I can't say enough good things about this company. My family is dealing with a medical crisis and our air conditioner went out. The receptionist was sympathetic and professional re our situation. Ed and Gary saved the day. They were able to expedite my service with AHS due to medical circumstances and get quick estimate and approval. Our new air conditioner was installed within 2 days. It is working like a charm. The prices are good and Ed and Gary were professional and great to work with. If you need HVAC service. Highly recommend Mister Freeze.

This place was going to charge me 4 thousand dollars to replace evaporater coils .Get lost trying to rip off ladies I do research. Got a whole new heating and air replaced for less than that .
First experience with this company was amazing and we wanted to use them again for their customer service. Unfortunately, this time was a total 360. We had an appointment from 11am -3pm, so my wife took off work so she can be there when the tech came out. At 3:45pm,they had not stopped by or called,so I called them and James the owner answered. He advised me the part was not at the warehouse after the lady that works for them told me the part was there yesterday ( August 12). She also advised me that we were confirmed for today from 11am -3pm. After speaking with James and trying to find a solution to this madness,he told me " You can do whatever you want in finding another company to fix your problem" As we all know when dealing with the warranty company, it is not that easy. So consumers beware of the owner James and his customer service skills. Update: Just received a call from his secretary and she advised me Mr. Freeze and James are refusing service. After asking why he was refusing service,she stated there was no reason and the company has a " Right to refuse service" policy. Mr James from Mr. Freeze, you are discriminating against a consumer who asked questions about getting the AC unit fixed and you did not like the question. Discrimination has a zero tolerance in the USA and the BBB. I can guarantee you that this is not over. You are refusing service to a family with 2 babies, so it is clear you only care about making your pocket bigger verses customer service. My wife and I are both Disabled Veterans who both fought in the War. I will refuse to sit back and be discriminated against and refuse service because your ego is bigger than your heart. I had seen the Mr. Freeze’ vans around a couple of times so I saved the phone number. During this recent freeze my heater stopped working. So I called and I left a message 6PM... 10 minutes later I get a call back, Mr. Freeze himself. He gave me a couple of pointers to pass the night that got my heater to partially work up to 62 degrees only. He gave me a time for next day. He showed up on time as he had promised. Assessed the issue and took the data to get my warranty going. Even with the AC stores closed he was able to get me a brand new blower motor and get me going. Awesome service, fair price. What prompted me to write a review was that he just serviced my rental property. He suggested an extra vent in the master bedroom besides AC maintenance ... again fast accurate service at a fair price. I amply recommend this outfit. Has become my go-to AC guy.
We have had Mr. Freeze Air Conditioning & Heating work 3 separate jobs for us and we have been very happy with their work! Their office staff is friendly and always returns our calls. The owner, Dustin, is professional, timely, and courteous. We highly recommend them!
The guy was thorough and tried to Let Me Down Easy my fathers central heating unit went out and my Choice Home Warranty the jerks that they are would not cover it after paying them for coverage
Really reliable, came the next day and changed out my a/c unit had no problems everything came out perfect didn’t have to call back for any thing everything worked. Everyone was so professional os glad I called them.
