I continue to be impressed by the service I get by using Mr. Erwin. They are honest and don’t try to upsell other things that you don’t need. Their prices are very much in line and I can’t say enough good things about them.
My heater recently stopped working and MR Erwin came out and realized a circuit board that was replaced in the Summer prematurely failed. It was replaced under warranty at no charge. Excellent customer service.

I used them because I thought my AC was leaking in my house. They proceeded to come in and charge me 300 for freeon when i didn't even need it. I went to another company and they said my AC was just fine. ALl they wanted was the steal my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
We’ve used Mr. Erwin well over a decade now. They are trustworthy, reasonably priced and always professional. They have fixed numerous small issues for us over the years; never taking advantage of us or pushing additional fixes or service. I recommended them to a friend who knew exactly what was wrong with his AC and they correctly diagnosed and fixed his problem for a fair price.
Mr. Erwin is a very reliable company that we have been pleased to use the past 11+ years. Last year we bought a new unit from them, and when it started to have trouble, I am not joking, the technician was here on a Saturday within 15 minutes of my call! They had to replace an evaporator coil (under warranty) which took a few days to diagnose, but in the meantime they put some more Freon in to keep us going. Two different technicians came out, both of them knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Literally as soon as it was possible for them to obtain the part, they got it and were out here installing it. I will also say that over the years until we bought this new unit, they were always very honest about what needed to be done as far as repairs. I have recommended them time and time again to others. I hope they stay in business forever because I wouldn’t want to use any other company!
Great! Butch came out and gave me estimates on replacing my A/C, heater unit. Very prompt both in the appointment and getting back to me with a bid. Highly recommend.
He help us set the nest thermostat.....needed nest app as well as Google home.

Great Veteran owned company. The prices are great, in fact, in 2010 I needed an outside unit installed and no other company came close. One prominent company told me ,without knowing what I was quoted, that they couldnt compete. I'm glad I found them. Very knowledgeable and they have never failed to respond the same day for emergencies.

Tom was amazing!!!! The A/C unit in our attic was never installed properly. Long story short... there was a leaking waterfall right above our bathroom door. Come to find out, the previous company never installed the drain pipe to our drain pan! Heard the leak around 3:00pm... Mr. Erwin was here by 3:30pm, if not sooner! Tom explained everything to me and will be getting us a quote to see how we can fix our half-a**ed installed drain pan. THANK YOU TOM and Mr. Erwin!
I can't say enough nice things about Mr. Erwin. We have used them for years and they never disappoint. Our AC quit working labor day afternoon and they had it fixed first thing Tuesday morning. Everybody is polite, reliable, prompt and skilled.
What a great company. This company was recommended to us by a friend and after having a big name (local) company come out and give us a ridiculous price, Mr. Erwin came out and did the same job with an OEM motor for less than half of the other quoted price. They were very profession and to top it off...When they make an appointment for you and say that they will be out between 3 and 5, THEY MEAN IT...3 O'CLOCK ON THE DOT and twice in the same week. GREAT JOB GUYS
