I recently used Mr Cool's AC and Heating for AC repair and was very pleased with their work. They were fast and efficient, and their prices were very competitive. They even went the extra mile to explain the different options to me and how they would best fit my needs. I felt like they really cared about helping me get the best service and results possible.
The guy came out, literally didn’t do anything, and said I need to go to Home Depot to buy the replacement part because he couldn’t fix it. Then charged me $79.00 for a “service call.” For not doing anything. I mean what the hell. I’d be happy to pay him but HE DIDNT DO A SINGLE THING. Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs.
