I gotta say that I cannot recommend Mr. Cool HVAC enough. I used them for a full system replacement and they did a phenomenal job. Their pricing was competitive and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I had a couple special requests for my install and they were happy to work with me on it. They really stand by their quality work and addressed any questions/concerns I had.
These guys are honest top notch people you can trust.

Mr. Cool (Brian) serviced my home and several of my rental homes. He installed a complete new HVAC system at one of the houses. Brian is competent and friendly. And the prices are fair. Recently, I got a call from a tenant at 10:30 AM on a hot Saturday, August morning. The A/C wasn't working and it was going to be over 100F. The tenant was panicking and I thought it would take several days just to get a repairman out, much less fix the problem. Happy ending: I called Brian and he fixed the unit the same day. Smiles all around.
called brian today intending to have a repair person come out and instead he took the time to troubleshoot with me on the phone and even facetimed with me so he could see my thermostat. with his advice, the problem was fixed without even having to pay for someone to come out for an evaluation. i'm totally blown away by his integrity and he definitely won a future customer if and when i have other issues
Let me start by saying, it's rare for me to encounter services in Austin that warrant any review - that being said, Brian and his team do amazing work. They are quick, courteous and very competitive with pricing. They squeezed me in for a quote after tons of hassle with one of the big AC companies. After a deal was agreed to, he ensured all was done correctly and that I was happy in the end. I can't thank these guys enough, I would recommend them to anyone needing top notch installation work!
Installed a dual zone ac in my 2 story condo. works great. keeps the 2 floors at very even temperatures.
This is the second time I've called Mr Cool to fix my HVAC units. Hernan came out the day I called and fixed my unit quickly. He is very professional and friendly. Always answers my questions and let's me know exactly what is wrong and what he is fixing. I trust Brian and Hernan totally. They do great work for a great price! I recommend them for anyone looking for honest, personable and knowledgable technicians!
Brian and his team are incredible to work with. They replaced our entire HVAC system, encouraged us to install a mini-split (the house is much more comfortable in terms of temp. and humidity, and our utility bills have dropped noticeably), and handled all the rebate forms, warranties, etc. And, Brian is a great guy! He's honest, fair, and easy to work with, and the folks who work for him are total pros. The install job was done absolutely beautifully, and at a price that was way better than the prices we'd been quoted by bigger companies. This is a company that does business right. They don't just treat you like a customer, they treat you like a friend. Nowadays that's really rare. Great folks, great company!
Mr. Cool has been repairing my AC at my home and my business for 8+ years. He is the BEST HVAC person that I have found and can fix issues correctly on the first visit. At my house and at my business, the contractors that built the locations could not fix their problems and I hired Mr. Cool to come and he had recommendations that solved the problems on the first try. Now understand that both places were under warranty, but the contractors were so terrible that I paid out of pocket to have him come.
