Does poor work. No communication.
I used mpac comfort solutions this summer to fix an air conditioning that I thought I would have to replace. Techs came out for the initial consultation and was very thorough explaining what the unit needed. They came back, and tried something different that they thought would fix it, and it actually worked and saved me money and time. On time, friendly, fast service.
I called and made an appointment for the next afternoon. They do not even have an office where you can make an appointment you get someone who had the call forwarded to there cell phone. I heard from nobody the next day so I called and the person on the phone told me he did not have a record of me. So he took my information and told me he would be there in 45 minutes. two hours later nobody would answer any phone. I sent a text message asking to please tell me if anyone would be coming to my home or should I find someone else. I received a text message back in very poor English say they do not know where the technician was and to find another company. This company had almost 5 stars and that is why I called them. But apparently the rating system is wrong.
He was quick and was very polite...definaty i would use him again my husband and i were very pleased
