I was impressed with the level of service they provided throughout the entire process. Their prices were very competitive, and they presented me with a range of furnace, heat pump, and air conditioning options, outlining the pros and cons of each. This really helped me to make an informed decision about which unit to choose. The installation crew did an outstanding job. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me, answering all my questions. They were also easy to work with and made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. One thing that really stood out to me about Mountain Valley Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. was that there were no high-pressure sales tactics. They provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision and allowed me to take my time to make the right choice for me. Man Valley team has replaced an AC unit for us just before the 2022 heat wave. They were helpful in planning what unit and how to connect with our existing heating and duct work. Their team was able to schedule our work quickly and get it done on time, with good explanations and great clean-up when completed. Since then they have serviced the AC and our heating systems regularly and once on an urgent basis, again all done quickly, with good explanation and well-disclosed, fair pricing. Thumbs UP !!
We love Mountain Valley! We were referred to them by a neighbor and they have gone above and beyond to work with our family. They installed AC for us a few years ago and a furnace last month and we couldn't be happier. They are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and fair with their pricing. They are a company that stands by their work and we don't hesitate in referring them to people we know.
Mountain Valley have been servicing my HVAC system annually for seven years. They have been very professional and provided me with the most courteous service. They also helped me upgrade our HVAC system and I am very pleased with the improvement!!
My house was built in 1950 and still had its original oil heating system. Jim came to the house and gave a consultation, then sent us a detailed estimate of three options we could take. We decided to get a heat pump and air handler and scheduled the work for the same week. Over two days, Jim and team did a great job of dismantling and removing the old furnace, installing the heat pump and air handler, adding a necessary electrical circuit, and modifying our existing vent to fit the air handler. Communication and quality were top-notch!

In a world where MANY companies in this field just want to sell you something, Mountain Valley Heating will give you the best advice without a sales pitch. I'm also a real estate agent and I recommend them to my clients all the time.

10/10! I called 4 or 5 different places before luckily coming across mountain valley and the technician Jim was everything I had hoped for. Professional, knowledgable (31+ years of experience), helpful and honest. He was able to find the problem and fix it in no time. All the other companies I contacted tried to push replacing the entire system for much more money. I will definitely be recommending mountain valley to all my friends and family. You will not be disappointed.
Furnace went out during last cold snap with temperatures below 30. Char got us on the schedule the day I called, and Jim diagnosed the problem accurately and quickly. He even went out of his way to pick us up 2 space heaters for the weekend while we waited for the part needed. He also, went the EXTA MILE by picking up the part ordered in Seattle. And the next day came out to complete the last detail. Very pleasant people to work with. Responsive when other companies were scheduling out a week.
Just so you know. I was driving on highway 18 and one of your employees/drivers was driving like a maniac. Texting, speeding, cutting people off, and tailgating. Was so close to my bumper that I barely had space to get over. This was all happening while they were driving one of your vehicles.

Mountain Valley replaced our ducted gas furnace with a Mitsubishi heating and cooling system. We are very pleased with their services. They took special steps to accamodate our situation. They always responded promptly to our calls and messages. Jim and Shar are a pleasure to work with. We give them our highest recommendation. And, oh yes, the system is spectacular!
Mountain Valley installed full house ductless mini-split heating and A/C for us a couple months back; upgrading from no A/C and a mix of electric baseboard and cadet heaters. It’s been a game changer through the summer heat! Shar, Jim and the crew were super friendly and professional throughout the process, the system works great so far, and their bid was only 2/3 the cost of the one we got from SeaTown. Would recommend.

I recently worked with Shar, Jim, and Reyziah at Mountain Valley on a full install of AC and electrical work for the system. I had a great experience - Mountain Valley answered all of my questions in good faith and didn’t upsell me on equipment that was unnecessary given my property size and cooling needs. The county inspector also noted that the team did a great job in contrast to many other installs he’s seen in the area. I will continue to work with Mountain Valley for all of my hvac needs in the future. I recommend you do the same!
Professional personalized work on our air handler and new heat pump installation. Went the extra mile to listen to my concern about old system and ducting where air not blowing well or well distributed throughout the house. They found some poor duct work and refabricated to help with air flow.
Mountain Valley Heating & A/C recently installed our new furnace. They inspected our old furnace and quickly identified the major problem we were having (one that a previous HVAC company could not diagnose). They provided us with a few options and scheduled our installation appointment almost immediately. I highly recommend them based on their knowledge/expertise, quick turnaround time, high quality of work, and ease of billing. Update: We recently used them to install AC, it was a great experience again and will recommend them to anyone.
We had an extremely positive experience with Mountain Valley Heating & A/C. I have recommended them to my parents, colleagues, and friends and would hire them again should we have and HVAC need. We researched several HVAC companies in anticipation of installing an air conditioning unit. Of the five we received quotes from, Mountain Valley stood out as extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well as fairly priced. We were trying to figure out whether to use our existing duct system for air conditioning, vs a ductless system, and then whether to use a heat pump vs. traditional furnace/AC. Mountain Valley was the company that helped guide us through those decisions with no gimmicks or upselling, just expertise. Also, when our furnace broke in December, they came to our aid immediately, sending a technician to our home the very same day to explore a quick fix, and then doing their utmost to minimize the time we were without a furnace. Add amazing customer service to their list of attributes!
Recent experience was the second time using Mountain Valley Heating & A/C. That should speak volumes.....a satisfied repeat customer. 'had one external A/C unit installed a few years ago and decided to install another larger unit to cover a different and larger area. This company is sadly an atypical service company..... they are a construction/installation/service company that you will be satisfied & pleased with everything they do: from prompt contact & communication, straightforward estimates, quality equipment offerings, rapid and on-time installations, and finally, sincere followup to ensure satisfaction. Hey, I don't give this level of praise and rating level to many companies; this company deserves it. jwl
Mountain Valley Heating replaced our furnace a number of years ago, and have made yearly maintenance visits ever since. This year they replaced the air filter and installed a filter that has an ultraviolet light in it, scrubbing the air as it goes through, killing viruses and bacteria. We have always found their service to be excellent; the technicians are courteous, skilled and very professional. Their office staff are very helpful, we always get quick appointments. I would highly recommend this business, and we plan on continuing to use them in the future.
