Our furnace was 22 years old so we decided to replace it now, especially since it was an 80% efficiency unit and gas bills went up so much here lately. I spoke to four companies and got bids from them all. Jordan was the last person who came out, and I told my wife that if his price was anywhere close, he was the guy I wanted to go with. Not only was Mountain Air's bid competitive, it was $1600 less than two of the other bids, and a full $800 less than the third. Which is one of the benefits of dealing directly with the business owner. One of the other bids was for the exact same furnace Jordan was recommending (Rheem 96% efficiency two-stage), and when I informed them they were $1600 more and I was going with Jordan, they dropped their price $2000. I won't work with a salesperson who tries to take advantage of me then drops their drawers when it doesn't work. I said thanks but no thanks and stuck with Mountain Air. We are thrilled that we did. Jordan is no nonsense, friendly and competent. Ashley runs the office and was patient, kind, and very responsive to our questions. To give you some idea of the type of person Jordan is, he was 95% done, and needed to come back the next day to finish up, and I tried to pay him, but he said he wouldn't take the money until the job was done. That is the type of company that deserves my business (and yours). We love our furnace, and we look forward to using Mountain Air to install Air Conditioning (Jordan's bid included the AC coils) in our home in the next year or two. I highly recommend them!
I've used Mountain Air Heating and Cooling almost exclusively for all of my real estate client needs. They are local, responsive and reasonable. I can't thank them enough for all of their help with various properties.
Our furnace went out in the middle of the night and they were able to get Jordan out to fix it that next day. He figured out the problem and was able to get it fixed quickly and for a great price.
Jordan is very personable and considerate of our HVAC needs. We had a furnace replacement and a/c system added on. Jordan and his team were efficient and paid special attention to the cleanliness of our home. It was a pleasure to have them working in our home. Now the central air and heat works perfect. A water heater stopped heating over the weekend and it appeared to be leaking out of the bottom. That usually means a new water heater. The tech from Mt Air was able to come out in a few hours after making that call and determined it was a faulty thermocouple and the leaking was coming from a drain that needed to be shutoff tighter. He could have said we needed.a new water heater but he was very honest and offered a fair price for weekend work. Very impressed with this coming on my first use. Thank you.
When the furnace acted up and the Polar Vortex was headed our way, we contacted Mountain Air. Best move ever! They answered the phone. (You know how rare that is these days. Leave a voicemail and never hear back is our usual experience.) Showed up on time. Quoted a reasonable rate for the repairs. FIXED the PROBLEM! Jordan was a pleasure to work with. Our furnace stopped working on the coldest weekend of the year. They were able to get me in that night at 7. He called and was even early for us. Very honest and thorough. We will definitely be using them again!
Installed house humdifier 3 years ago. Was great then and now when I had a water flow issue to humidifier. Came out next day, was on time, and took care of the problem quickly
Absolutely blown away by the professionalism and responsiveness of this great small business. Jordan and his team are a joy to work with. I always felt up to date on what's going on, the price was extremely reasonable as well as a good deal and the service was what impressed me the most. Jordan really went out of his way to make sure that everything was just right, just perfect and you can tell that the standard for quality is just so high with this company. The best service of any business I've been a customer of. The Reem AC and furnace units they quoted me were on back order so they offered me another option and a discount for the inconvenience. When the time came for our installation appointment Jordan had found the Reem units in Oklahoma, drove to Oklahoma and got them for us before the installation and gave us the discounted price he quoted us. The whole process from start to finish was top notch. I would recommend you call no one else for you HVAC needs.

We have had Mr. Matthews of Mountain Air out to our home for 3 separate issues, very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge (i.e. explain in easy to understand terms what the problem is). The work was done and no issues have come about since with said work. Easy going and friendly, would recommend him to any and all folks with a/c or heating issues.

Technician called to let us know when he would arrive, and was professional, knowledgeable,and informative, about inspection and cleaning of HVAC and A/C unit. Called them for a water heater and AC issue in the evening. Made appointment for the next morning, and showed up on time. Super honest company, assessed and fixed only what was needed for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this company!
