Above & beyond, professional, friendly!
Ali was very helpful on the phone and was able to prioritize a service call for our walk in freezer. He was On Time and very professional. Had our freezer back up running perfectly by the end of the visit. Ali followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working as it should. Was very pleased and will most definitely call on him again when the need arises.
This is a great company! They understand the true definition of customer of service. Which is clearly one of the keys to their success. But also providing knowledge to the customer, showing genuine concern and always making sure that the custom knows the truth. All at a reasonable price. Also, I really appreciate the fact that he did not try to upsell me on more expensive items. Freon was added to our 100-year-old fridge and a leak was closed.
Technician was honest about what work needed to be done and was professional. Tech came out after hours within an hr. I would recommend this company!

Ali came out to check my heater which was blowing cold air. He had the issue resolved so quickly and got my heat back on thankfully. I have a 1 year old and obviously winter in Michigan heat is a necessity. I appreciate all the tips he provided to educate me as I am a first time home owner. As a woman and first time home owner many will prey on my naivety however Ali didn’t try to get me to get stuff I didn’t need and fixed the problem. I recommend him wholeheartedly and will use him again for any future needs!

Called early on a Saturday morning and Ali was able to come out within a few hours. He quickly repaired the furnace and we had heat again within 20 minutes of his arrival. Definitely recommend!

Very professional and trustworthy
I had Motown heating, cooling and refrigeration out to do a tuneup on my HVAC units. They went above and beyond. They took it all apart and cleaned everything and made sure every last piece was in good condition and working efficiently! They contacted me the day before to remind me of my appointment and called me with an estimated time of arrival the day of. Very professional!
I used them for HVAC inspection, cleaning and maintenance in preparation for sale of my home. They were trustworthy, on time, understanding of my situation, prepared the proper inspection paperwork and supplied that to me in a timely manner. I am grateful for their professional services. I would recommend them for sure.
Ali showed up very promptly and immediately began the HVAC maintenance. He found a critter nest in the furnace, which he cleaned out as part of the service, then made certain any openings were sealed. He was very polite and professional.

He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and repaired the issue.
