From start to finish, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Our experience with Moss has been nothing but stellar! We recently had our 2006 AC and furnace replaced. From the sales process to scheduling to installation to quality control to billing everyone was polite, friendly, respectful and professional. To top it off, there was a nice Harry & David surprise on my porch when I got home today. Many thanks for everything! Ashley
Huge props to Mike McNickle and the Moss team for all their help. We had a hot water heater go out this past week. Mike went above and beyond to create one of the best customer experiences I’ve had. Instead of trying to upsell, he gave us all the options and gave us the best professional opinion possible. Turns out he was dead on. He suggested we replace both hot water heaters (the other was still working). We agreed and upon installation found out the other was weeks away from going out. Instead of going tankless (like I wanted) Mike convinced me to save the extra money and use it towards other projects we needed. He was prompt, constantly communicating when he would arrive. Problem was diagnosed and resolved same day. This post does not truly do justice to the level of professionalism and service he displayed. I would highly recommend Mike and Moss Mechanical to anyone needing work done. Thank you Mike and Moss mechanical for everything!!!
Okay, changing my review, had given this outfit a 3 star review before, but I was later contacted by the VP of sales who saw my complaints, he called me on his spare time at night, He was very cordial, listened to my concerns and offered to inspect my issues in person. He drove 45 minutes out of his way to visit the wife and I today, he explained our situation and came up with an outstanding solution. I have never had this good of an outcome from a business trying to make things right! (Which tends to only happen 5 percent of the time anyway). You won a customer for life. I will highly recommend to friends and family. Thanks again!!!

From top to bottom I have no complaints only thank you's From Emily in customer service to Jeff Southerland's professionalism and taking time to explain everything and even break down my orhwr estimates that were written from competitors... Angel Anzures and Abel Infante the installers were top tier professionals and on time and explained everything! I do not write reviews... unless im completely blown away and I was on every level... Moss is and will be getting my service from here on out. Thank you.
We had new AC and gas furnace installed in one day. From the sales person, the installer and the follow up check , everyone was professional and job well done. Very happy with the results. I even got a thank you card and gift a week later which was unexpected but very nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They are the best. Professional, friendly, and kind. They are about what’s best for my home and property and my family. I work from home and they were respectful of that also. They went above and beyond and we are so grateful we found this company to do the work for us. Hire them, you won’t regret it. The house feels so good! The air flow is finally even.

Sales team were friendly and easy to work with. Installation team were very careful and clean in removing and installing my HVAC system. They were also good in educating me on the new features of my new system. I highly recommend their services!

We recently had a new AC unit installed and Jeff, Angel, and Able were fantastic. They did a thorough job, they were clean, and offered help assisting our new Nest Installation. The house was immediately cooler once they left. Five stars all around!
They were on time and very professional. They showed us how to use the new thermostat when finished and cleaned up. You would have never known they were here. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Moss Heating and AC did a complete installation of a new HVAC including ducts on our 38 year old house. Moss Heating and AC offered the best price out of 5 bids. The service technicians where courteous clean and on time. I highly recommend Moss Heating and AC to any one with HVAC needs.
Workers showed up on time , did good job and finished quickly with heat pump installation. I would have given 5 stars but I did not as I think attitude is very important. Workers were a little too serious and I did not feel comfortable asking questions...
Good value professionalism +10 year warranty on a/c
From start to finish this whole team was amazing! James our comfort specialist was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Angel and Able the techs were excellent technicians. Then to top it off Rene came out and did our quality control and made sure everything was in tip top shape! A++ in my book!
