James came out the same day we called (on a Saturday) when our AC stopped working. He provided a temporary fix until a new unit could be ordered and by Wednesday of the following week we had a brand new AC unit installed. He was efficient, professional and his price was competitive. Wouldn’t hesitate to call him again, if needed.

1 hour response time! Experienced, kind, efficient service. 9 year old capacitor was replaced, refrigerant level checked at the unit outdoors and at each vent indoors. Highly recommend.
Had A/C issues and my neighbor recommended James. Called him in the morning and had me up and running by noon. Kept me updated on his arrival status from a different job as well. Great pricing, great work, great guy all around. Definitely give him a call.
James the owner of Moss Air conditioning has reinforced my preference of using local trades people. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. Hopefully it will be a while but when I need work on my HVAC James will be the guy I call.
I used James for a second opinion on a repair on my AC. Moss Air was the 4th tech we've tried since purchasing our home. The estimate from my prior repair service was for over $3000. James was a referral to me, when I called him he was able to come out that evening. He is by far the best technician I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He not just there to throw parts at a problem. He dug into the issue with old school thought and trouble shooting ability. He looked for the root issue. He found it and fixed within an hour and for $2900 dollars less than prior estimate, that wouldn't have even fixed the problem. Thank you, James we can't tell you how much we appreciate what you did for us.
James is great, very knowledgeable and professional. He came out a few hours after my first call. He had me up and running quickly and even cleaned up what could of been some dangerous wiring from the previous repair company. I highly recommend James.

James came out today to do a check on our AC unit. James was on time, polite and respectful. He is the first AC company that didn't try to sell me on things that were wrong with our unit. He checked on everything, tightened the loose spark plugs and washed down the unit. He was honest and trustworthy. I will definitely be recommending his to others.

James saved us from a short lived misery. Unexpectedly the air wasn’t cooling. Checked Nextdoor for reviews and came across Moss Air Conditioning. Great reviews. He was able to come to my house in 45 minutes. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot. Quality work and a true professional. Was able to tell me about how long ago someone came just by looking at the part he replaced. Do not look further and give James a call. ***needed to update to let you know he also follows up on his work ***

The company I normally use to service my hvac system was booked several months out and after doing some research James was highly recommended by multiple people. I called on a Friday and he was able to fit me in for the following Monday for routine maintenance. That day he called to give me an estimated time and sent a text when he was on his way. Super nice, polite, and seems like an honest guy. He wore shoe covers to keep the floor clean and vacuumed after he was done. He even fixed the spigot outside and recoiled my hose, and offered to clean the fingerprints on the attic cover left by previous companies. I canceled my monthly plan with my previous company and will be using James from now on.
James is amazing! He came in 2k lower than my first bid! He was excellent at communicating, throughout the entire process and even sent me photos of my new equipment, as he was loading his trailer, for my installation. His financing choices were great! He and his crew showed up right on time, went the extra mile and kept my home clean. They even raked the rock in my front yard, from the dolly tracks, bringing the new equipment to the backyard. James has followed up with me today, to be sure I’m pleased and to make sure my home and yard were to my satisfaction. Hands down THE BEST!
James arrived right on time and came in highly recommended by friends. As soon as he got here he quickly identified a few issues on the condenser and corrected them. Then he went up to the attic and did an overview health check on how they are operating. Over all his prices were great and was on point. Thank you James.
