We hired Ted Morse of Morse Brothers to replace our existing gas pack heat and a/c unit earlier this year (2022). Last year we had an enclosed porch built onto the back of our house. The room has twelve large windows, and we wanted the room to be connected to the central hvac system to make it a four season room. Ted Morse came out to look at the job, and suggested that we replace the existing Goodman unit, which was originally undersized for the house, with a 4 ton Rheem unit to be properly sized for our house including the added room. Ted did an outstanding job for us, installing the new Rheem unit and running two new ducts into the new room. Today, with outdoor temps at 100+ degrees, our new unit has no problem maintaining a 72 degree temp on ac mode, even with twelve windows, and also maintains 72 degres on heating mode when the outdoor temps drop. Ted worked very hard to get this right for us, and we would like to enthusiastically recommend Morse Brothers to you if you value quality work, and very honest and competitive pricing.
Morse Brothers Is an incredible company to work with. They have pricing that beats everyone, incredible knowledge from certified professionals, and Ted is super friendly and flexible while getting the job done. If you have any HVAC needs, don’t bother looking anywhere else!
I've had Ted work on three projects for me (full HVAC system replacement at my home, full HVAC system replacement at my rental property, and a mini split install at my rental property), and he has performed all the work with superb quality. I have gotten to know him a decent bit, and what I really appreciate about him is his calm and kind demeanor. I've called him with questions about my HVAC system, and he always answers and professionally communicates the information I'm looking for; whether he's on another job, on the weekend, etc... one time he even took my call from the hospital! That's the type of quality customer service you're getting with this company. I highly recommend!

BEWARE. Ted did NOT put in the unit we had agreed on paper for and he had BILLED ME FOR, he put a completely different one(a much cheaper version)and I found out the hard way once he was done. The duct work has leaked since he put it in but he told me that wasn’t covered in his warranty. And that’s half of it. He got angry and actually yelled at me when the job took longer than he had planned and then charged around $1000 on top of what he had bid. Then told me to my face that he would rip all of this out if I didn’t agree to it then. So I had to. Never in a million years would I use this company again. I honestly can’t go into all that he did that was unprofessional bc I’m truly scared he’ll come out here and do something else unprofessional in response. but I am putting this review bc this company only had good reviews when I found this business online and that is why I felt safe to use them. I wish I had never contacted them, please be careful.
A neighbor suggested we try these guys after disappointing service from previous HVAC companies. Morse Brothers were honest, on time, professional and did excellent work. Can't praise them enough. Highly recommend!

Ted and his employees were very professional, considerate , and efficient. I highly recommend their service. The did a new install for me and it was not easy and they nailed it. Prices were very reasonable.

I just wanted to say Ted Morse and his wife is amazing and caring people. I thank God put them her as angels. They are more than heating and air they are heroes. They did everything I their power to save the only thing I had left to remember my daughter and have her with me. They didn’t have too. I today Society we don’t have people that helps other people. Or even take time to care about a stranger or their precious things what might just seem like nothing to one person could mean a lot to another. They took time out to try to save my daughters Theresa dogs panther even tho panther didn’t make it. I will always remember the love and care you give to a stranger. Did an outstanding job with yearly maintenance. Above and beyond in cleaning the coils and making sure everything was working correctly.
Ted and his brother absolutely went above and beyond to replace and upgrade our compete system, during the snowstorm!! Very professional and really took time to explain details to me! They were very affordable and worked tirelessly to get my antiquated, well..everything up and running! I 100 percent will recommend them and use them for all of my Heating and cooling needs!
