I am completely satisfied. Full installation with duct work. Everyone said it won't be cheap. We'll it was not cheap, but Morland was the best quote by far. Five days of hard work and we have a very comfortable home. Matt, Jerry, Jeff, and Mitch were awesome!

Our friend (who is a contractor) told us this is his "go to" company. On a cold Sunday afternoon our furnace began acting up. Within an hour of calling, we had a technician at our place- problem fixed. We weren't expecting such prompt service considering we were calling during off hours, but really appreciate the technician who came to help us out.

They were fast, friendly and they did not rip us off. I called Morland and spoke to Matt he was very professional. He had a technician out to our house the same day. The tech fixed the problem fast and they charged half of what we were quoted by two other companies. I had to write a review because in this day and age you do not get service like this. These guys are lifesavers. I had non-professionals install my new furnace and AC but there were still problems. Mitch came over and instantly identified the problems, gave me a guesstimated cost, which was a great deal less than I expected and will be fixing it tomorrow. It requires more than he had at the time but I'm ok with that. They will always be my goto from now on. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, quick, professional....... lifesaving!!!
Great service and affordable pricing from a local company. This past summer we went on vacation, only to find that hours before leaving our heat pump had crapped out. Our pets were inside, and the temperatures would have roasted them all before we returned. Morland was able to fix the problem within an hour of my wife calling miles away already on our road trip. The McDermott (and our pets) thank you for your fast service calls and what we thought was very affordable pricing. I highly recommend using Morland for your heating and air needs.
I have been calling on Morland for more than 10 years now. It started with a small leak in my A/C unit, they fixed it all while taking the time to hear how I was going back to school for a new career. 3 years later, I called back for something else, the same Service Tech came and asked how school went, he remembered. We since moved to a new home and I've called for this or that and no matter how big, or small Morland always answers the call. I've passed their name to friends and neighbors because these guys work hard, provide a quality service and want to make sure you as a customer feel like they are helping a family member.
