Excellent service. My A/C went out on a Saturday afternoon with temperatures in the high 90s. They were able to attend within a couple of hours and solved the problem right away. I have used them for years and have always found them to be responsive, professional and friendly.

I have used Morgan's Kool Air for years. They installed my heat pump. My mother's AC stopped working. Called them and they checked and the 5 yr warranty was out by 30 days. They got the company to honor the warranty. My 91 year old mother would have been in a hot house but Morgan's Kool Air immediately brought her a window unit and set it up at no charge so she would have cool air until they replaced the compressor. This is the best company. They are honest and I highly recommend them. I will always be grateful for them looking out for my mother.
One of their employees almost ran me off the road and flicked me off. I called the business since he was acting like this in a company vehicle. Completely insane! Terrible business ethics... extremely disappointed how this was handled.
This is a great company ! We are vary professional, curtious, and knowledgeable about about our industry . I havent been able to say this about many companies ive worked for but we are one of the best! Wether it be refrigeration, heating, commercial, air conditioning, or residential installation we will find a solution for your PROBLEM ! THERE IS NO PROBLEM TOO BIG, ONLY SOLUTIONS!!!
