I have partnered with Morgan Air on Commercial and Residential properties for the past 20 years. Their work is always outstanding. They are an honest hard working team of HVAC professionals.
Messed up and called one of the big boys who completed misdiagnosed the problem. Instead of waiting for what turned out to be a completely unreasonable quote, I called Charles. They got right on it and fixed it without replacing the wrong part. I've learned my lesson.
Charles Morgan was referred to us as “honest guy” and man that couldn’t have been more accurate. He was so honest and helpful he told us we might be better going with another service provider. He spent the time to explain everything and answer questions. He was patient and understanding, super knowledgeable and operated with total integrity. I would confidently recommend him to friends and family.
Charles Morgan is the gold standard in Austin. He is a man of integrity and he has a never give up attitude. He solved a very challenging issue for us and we are very grateful to him. Hire him if you want someone who is a true professional, someone who will listen and solve your problem, someone who stay on a project until the outcome is right.

Morgan Air is hands down the best HVAC company I've ever worked with. They replaced our unit a couple years ago and the crew were very courteous and efficient. We hardly knew they were there and they got us back and running in short order. Recently, our other AC unit stopped working. It was 4:30pm on Friday, but they got a guy out there right away and had the problem fixed in under an hour from when I called. I cannot say enough good things about Morgan Air! We are customers for life!
Mr. Morgan is a man of integrity as are his employees. They have been honest and upfront when the previous company I used was not. They take pride in their work and it shows. I'm grateful that they were recommend to me.
These guys were great at first ...professional and knowledgeable. But after a year they won’t return a call. They won’t come and fix the system they put in and won’t service the system. They put in high end systems so if you expect high end service you aren’t going to get it.
Most honest and knowledgeable team in the AC business. Had them 3 times so far and will never try anyone else.
These guys are very professional and get the job done. My A/C stopped cooling on a nice 100 degree day. They were able to take care of the job quickly and my house is comfortable again. Highly recommended.
Morgan air has always done a super job for us. We have done business with them for years. They installed our last air/heat unit. It has worked great. They are great folks.
