We noticed that our condo, was not cooling-off, even with the A/C running. On further investigation, we discovered our outside condenser fan was not operating. I called Tim at Moran Mechanical, and left a message. Tim called back within 45 minutes, and said he would stop-by, and diagnose my problem. He checked my furnace first, and then went outside to the compressor. The problem was a blown capacitor, and Tim replaced the part. Then checked the pressures. Everything was back, up and running within an hour. Fast, professional, and he walks you through the repair. I would recommend Moran Mechanical for anyone who needs these type of services.
Moran Heating & Cooling is great. Tim always arrives when he says he will, and he always gives me an honest answer for my situation. I trust this company for both my heating and cooling needs, and will continue to refer him to my family and friends that want honest, quality work performed.

Tim took my call at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning and showed up that afternoon despite having to put his 14 year old dog down at the vet that morning. Tim resolved an intermittent mysterious issue of my air conditioning unit not working within 30 minutes and covered it under warranty despite being the second owner of the home. What was the problem? A FREAKING EARWIG in the contactor. Still alive and blocking 240 volts of juice on one of the legs of the contactor unit. He replaced it for free and I provided him a $20 tip for his service. Thank you Tim!
Moran Mechanical has come to my rescue more than once. Furnance problem, Stove problem, Air Conditioning problem. They get the job done in a timely manner with very reasonable pricing. I will not go anywhere else and neither should you. Highly Recommend.

Best Customer care and timely service provided. Very knowledgeable and more than willing to take the time to explain to you everything about your heating, cooling, and electrical system. Like an HVAC doctor that makes house calls but doesn't stick the patient with a big out of proportion bill either. I highly recommend to whomever this may be concerned.
