Mr. Morales was very professional & prompt. He arrived earlier than promised and had my unit working again in about an hour. He advised me of some problems my unit has and gave me some options to look into. The prices were very reasonable and I plan on continuing to use their services. Our ac went out on a Sunday evening and after multiple calls with no one answering or calling us back I googled ac repair and Juan popped up. Upon reading great reviews, my husband gave him a call. He was at our house in 20 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem. I was extremely nervous about using someone and being ripped-off, but Juan was extremely professional and thorough. He had our ac fixed and running in an hour and his pricing was very reasonable. I couldn't recommend his services enough! I will be calling him for any future repairs and maintenance. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a repair man. It was almost 8pm and my house was 82 degrees because my AC broke and my pregnant wife was not happy about the idea of sleeping in these conditions. Morales AC responded to my message within 5 minutes and was to my house 20 minutes later. The owner of the company came out himself and greeted me with a business card and a nice pen then proceeded to go to work. A few minutes later the came to the front door and described a problem that he was able to fix in seconds and gave me a discount of the bill because he did not have to stay long. It was nice to not be ripped off just because he had to make a trip at 8pm. ALSO there was NO overtime charges or anything for coming after 5pm. He still checked my entire system and let me know everything was perfect. THANK YOU MORALES AC!!!
