The technicians did great work, the cost was fair, and the boss was extremely honest. My only critique is that the company needs to do a better job scheduling appointments. I felt like I was in limbo for several weeks until I received a random call. Otherwise, I am very happy with the quality of work.
We called in Feb 2019 for swamp cooler problem, , they finally called in Oct to do the work.....hmmmmm. ??????
Luckily gets a 1 just because 0 isn’t an option. I was referred to them by my realtor to install 2 new furnaces and central air. He put in a too small unit for one part and can never get the area under 75°. I call him every single summer and he claims it is working just fine- it doesn’t even blow cold air. He says it is charged and there is nothing he can do about it. I’ve paid him every summer for the past 5 years complaining about the unit wanting it to be fixed. He sends someone out and they “fix it” ,charge me a good $150, and goes on his way. I will never contact this company again. My realtor is no longer referring new clients to him either...thanks to his poor service.
Furnace went out during a cold snap. Called Moores and the phone was answered by a real person, not a recording! Technician arrived within the hour and quickly fixed the problem. Local company, concerned people, great service!
If I could give a 0 ⭐️ I would. I was referred to this company being told they can make chimney covers. My 1st call I was told it would be a few weeks. I said great no problem. I call back a month and a half later to get told I’m not on their list by Lucy the same one that put me on it. Then I get readded to the so called list and get told it will take 2 weeks and they will call me back. Once again 1 month and 1 week later I call back and get told another 2 weeks by Lucy. I ask if there is anyone else who makes them and she told me no. My husband told me to hang up we are done with them. I call “R Buck Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.” and they were here the same day “today” to check out my issue and coming tomorrow to Fix my problem. Thanks for putting me off for three months. You lost a good customer. My future 8,000 furnace and a/c replacement will now be done by R Buck Heating and Air Conditioning out of Pueblo! I guess next time I will look for more reviews then 2 guess that’s why R Buck is a 5 ⭐️ out of 244 reviews.
