The guys showed up early and were very efficient, professional and friendly. Knocked the job out and the invoice was immediately emailed, followed by an easy online pay format. I would 1000% recommend. We upgraded the entire system to a 16 SEER, full replacement.
Based on my first experience with Moore's Air and Heat, they are my new HVAC company in Melbourne, Florida. I like to write honest reviews. What Moore's did for me is something I would only expect a totally brand new company to do. They gave me a great price to replace the broken compressor in my HVAC unit. I had first contacted the HVAC company that installled the unit. The original installers charge a standard fee for their service. I researched and found Moore's online. What Moore's did is charge by the hour. The original company wanted to replace all of the fluid, an estimate of 12 pounds at $40 a pound. Moore's was able to recycle the fluid that was there. Literally, the cost was less than half the price with Moore's. I have never had a company make a better first impression. They are easy to recommend because of this. Also, I would advise anyone to be careful of any HVAC company that offers a set price for a task. The set price is likely to be higher than the job should cost.
I came home one evening in June last year to a broken AC and a 93 degree house. I called Moore's and Kris came that night at like 8pm to diagnose and repair my AC. He's so professional, responsive, and very friendly. I didn't hesitate to call him again when I decided to replace my 19 year old AC unit last April. Again, Kris came by in a timely manner and gave me a thorough quote with many options and within the week it was installed. A few days ago it stopped cooling again so I emailed him, not expecting a response until after New Year's Day, but this morning Kris got in touch and came by this afternoon. I have always been extremely pleased with his services and definitely recommend him to anyone who needs AC work.
10/10 would recommend. They are super responsive, honest, and do quality work.
Awesome people
I got home after working all day to a sweating dog, a hot house and my condenser screaming! Fan motor was toast. Not only did Kris come right out but he had the parts to get me back up and running within an hour at an extremely reasonable price. He earned a customer for life! I will recommend him to any and everyone I know! THANKS KRIS!
What can I say? Kris can fix anything. He's a natural at this stuff. He has done all kinds of work at my home and on my HOA's property. He has fixed my air conditioning several times when it stopped working and we were dying in the FL heat. Came out right away! He does an exceptional job. I highly recommend Moore's Air & Heat, and will never need to call anyone else!
Very professional service with quick response time and a great price! They came out for an estimate and installed a full brand new quality system at my residence within a few days of current a/c breaking down. Living in the Florida heat during the summer months, it can be difficult to find a professional to come out so promptly but Moore’s Air and Heat has pulled through for my family once again!
Kris has done a massive project in our building of $50000.00 +. The workmanship and punctuality and professionalism he provides is a step above all. Kris has also done multiple residential A/C work for me and we couldn’t be happier with his work. Thank you to all your hard work and professionalism.
