I was able to schedule service for the next day after trying several places during record heat and a failed AC unit. Service technician was on time, professional, friendly, and most importantly, fixed the issue. Honest and upfront about costs. Definitely will use in the future and recommend them to others.

Contacted Moody’s in the morning looking for a fix on my residential property Mrs.Moody was delightful professional & able to get someone out the same afternoon. The issue was found quickly and fixed honestly on the spot service was 10/10 definitely earned my future business. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to take a second to say thank you for the amazing new AC Unit, it feels great in here and it cooled down really fast. Also, I wanted to say just how awesome the folks at Moody’s have been. They were incredibly quick, confident, polite, courteous, and clean. They even took the time to teach me how to use and maintain the new system, of which I found to be incredibly helpful. I believe they must be a pleasure to do business with, as I would personally recommend them to any and everyone one I know. So once again, thank you, we appreciate it very much. He was so fast and repaired my a c with parts he had with him. He was so kind and polite. He immediately located the problem after talking w me about what I noticed. Lori was also awesome on the phone. I will call him again :)
We call Moody's for all of our properties. They have replaced a few units and carried out a number of repairs for us over the years. Always high quality work, on-time, and at a fair price.
They are family owned and it shows through their actions. They really care about your needs and get you repaired as quickly as possible. I have uses them twice and they have been fast to service and repair my system. Once my AC went out in July and my son was 6 weeks old. They had me repair within 24 hours with a reasonable cost. I will continue to use them for all my heating and AC needs.
Very knowledgeable. Able to accurately diagnose a problem that another company misdiagnosed and although they could not do the repair, they recommended a company who could.
This small family-run business tenets are unambiguously principled & admirable. They say what they do, do what they say, and charge fairly for it. Despite the horrible stress & heat of the day: were punctual, courteous, professional, efficient, fair, and patient. You won’t be up-selled or intimidated into buying anything you don't need, because: they want your repeat business. AND… they care. Mr. Moody's son was there to assist and despite his young age, cared as much as his father about the business, their reputation, and doing a good job. Thank you, Moody Family –from mine to yours 😊
Our AC made an awful noise. I called Moody’s and they were able to come out within an hour of calling. The motor had gone bad. We are the new owners of the home but the old owner uses Moody’s too. They were able to help us out on the cost a bit due to the warranty on the unit. Great honest company. They will be my AC company from here on out!
This is the best HVAC repair company ever! They truly care about their customers and provide excellent customer service. They are the only company I will call when I have an HVAC issue. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
I had a great experience with Moody A/C and strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for A/C service. The technician (Jake) was super friendly, very thorough and patiently answered all of our questions as we watched him inspect/service our A/C unit. What makes Moody A/C exceptional to me is the communication - they texted me the 2 hour window when I should expect the technician to arrive the day before the service. This was the same 2 hour window I was promised when I originally scheduled the service (that does not happen all the time - yes, I'm talking to you Spectrum Cable). Then they texted me again when he was on his way. Everything was handled conveniently on-line without any confusion, hassle or unnecessary follow-up.
Outstanding people and a great AC company. Gary serviced my old residential AC unit for a couple years and now installed a new air handler for me. Consistently responsive, outstanding workmanship, and thoughtful service. Highly recommend.

One of my units went out, so I looked at all the reviews and called Moody based on the excellent things others had to say about them. They were super nice and came the same day and fixed my unit for a very reasonable price. I can not say enough nice things about the customer service and professionalism this company provides.

Gary Moody is one of the finest men I know, and has been our Air Conditioning and Heating professional for over 20 years. He is fair and reasonable, and deals in a quality product. Gary has, without exception, been there to bail me out of every emergency, and I cannot recommend him more enthusiastically! His wife, Lori, is wonderful, too, and handles the phones for his office. A great team.
