Joe and team are absolutely awesome. They rearranged their schedules to install a new a/c system at our home in record time because of our health/heat intolerance. Thank you again so much for all the effort and going way beyond normal service. I highly recommend Montgomery Air for all.
Montgomery Air is In Business & going strong. Michelle & Joe of Montgomery Air make a great team. I needed an AC repair this week , they were able to set a convenient appt time within 24 hours. The repair turned out to be minor, as he taught me proper maintenance when i purchased it over 8 years ago. They sell quality product, and honor all customer commitments. Joe & his staff are true professionals, I have recommended Montgomery Air to 3 other folks & they were all happy too. Big-time points from my friends for referring Montgomery to them :)

Michelle was extremely helpful schedule out service, Joe the owner actually showed up and was on time..he was courteous and very knowledgable...He had us fixed and up and running in under an hour. ..Price was very reasonable and we will use them excludsively in the future... also no high pressure sales... didn't try to suggest things we didn't need.True professionals, nice to know there are still honest companies doing business with integrity.
Always have a good job using Joe so far.had a install done,also service calls.he doesn't try to sell you something you don't need.he does good work and will continue to use!
This business' service was excellent. We had a unit that had broken down on a Friday night of an extremely hot weekend in July. They came out immediately and got it going within an hour and a half. We have had issues with the thermostat and cost saving and smart solutions were offered. Prices were reasonable and the workman was very thorough and helpful.
Joe Montgomery is on his way over to service an air conditioner that his company installed two years ago. Michelle has been good to book this appointment.
Joe put in a new air conditioner for us and has always been available, knowledgable and capable when repairing any of our 5 air conditioning units. I highly recommend his reasonably priced services.
They installed our system a year ago and recently scheduled a service visit. Waited all day and they never showed or called. Now not responding to calls. This visit was paid for in our contract so not very happy.
UDATE!!! MUST BE OUT OF BUSINESS. FOUR PHONE CALLS WITH MESSAGES LEFT, AND NO CALLS RETURNED. WE DROVE TO BOTH LOCATIONS, ONE ON 15TH STREET EAST, AND ONE ON LOCKWOOD RIDGE. MONTGOMERY AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING SERVICES NO LONGER EXISITS.
Installed wrong thermostat, new turned on heat...air conditioning ...never worked...2 days refuse to answer calls ??? Out of business due to poor workmanship? This is a scam company do not use
Ac gave out on a Saturday and after 45 min technician was at door. Fixed problem without worrying he was going to up charge the cost. He left with a plan to keep motoring my system and worked with a replacement if only it needed it. Wow...... great people. Will call again if needed
Two years ago my air conditioning unit pooped. I did get three estimates and Montgomery was the best. Fast service and very good installation. I had a thermostat problem a little later and they came in and replaced it with no charge. I have recommended them a few times and everyone is very satisfied. I just recommended them to my neighbor.
I have high standards, and I was very, very impressed by Montgomery Air's customer service, attention to detail, and ability to follow through with a repair. Over the course of the past few months, our small business had a recurring water leak caused by something to do with our roof - NOT our A/C unit. However, Montgomery Air was called by our landlord just to provide assistance as far as moving the roof-mounted unit and being on-call so that the roofing company could have access. The roofing company was nothing but frustration and misery, however Montgomery Air was simply fantastic. We dealt with a couple of Montgomery's service reps as well as the main office, and every single contact was friendly, intelligent, well-spoken, and professional. Special thanks to Deana and Domingo! Throughout our entire roof-leak ordeal, Montgomery Air was the only entity to regularly follow up and check on us to make sure we were ok. As a new family-owned small business, it was very nice to know that they were taking ownership of the situation - one they didn't cause or even have any obligation to ensure was fixed - and making sure we were ok. A+.
