I emailed them to ask for a quote to install a single room AC unit. They called me back but the person on the phone was useless and asked me 3 or 4 times if I had central AC, and each time I explained I didn't have any existing AC. After being put on hold 3 times I was told they did not service my area, at which point I started laughing since they are 5 minutes from our house. I was promised a call back which never came. Useless.
A humble technician yet competent enough. I thanked his kindness. No additional charges were added though the technician did extra work in dealing with my home ac repair service needs. It was just so easy and simple for him to carry out the job. He just accomplished it within an hour and the quality satisfied us so much. It worked great. We will call them in the future as well as recommend them to our neighbors.

Top-notch service and service company! The entire process of the repair service that I requested from this company for my ac that was not blowing cold air was great and satisfying. The technician who did the service arrived on time and was very helpful. He completed the service on time at a very reasonable price. They're known when it comes to hvac repair services. It was an expert technician who dealt with my ac heating repair needs excellently. He's an adept technician, he knew what necessary things to do to address the problem properly. He repaired quickly and efficiently. The quality of his work was awesome. My unit was functioning well again. I have no doubt where I will be calling the next time.
I was searching for an HVAC contractor to work with my company for our upcoming new construction projects, and the woman who answered the phone was dismissive and unprofessional. I was asking to leave a message for the person we wanted to meet with -- he was not in the office. She repeatedly said to call back next week, however, as I was trying to explain that the potential opportunity that our company was offering and how we are on a time schedule to meet with potential companies next week in person -- she hung up on me. She hung up on hundreds of thousands of dollars over the next year, and on any possibility of working with us in the future.
