The fridge was never fixed. Had to call some other company to complete the job. No one picks up the phone and you cannot leave a voice message since it is always full. They dont reply to emails. essentially there is no way to get hold of them when needed. I wont hire them for free.

There receptionist doesn't return any of your calls, I had a problem with my washer machine head board on my first visit with the new board they said it was defective, on the second visit with the new board doing the same thing the first board was doing beeping ,I called the manufacturer to help the technician reset the board 4weeks has lapse without my washer ,retraining is very much necessary.

My home warranty company sent Monster Tech out to fix a leaking radiator. They came out quickly and fixed my issue. They even rushed off to a parts store before it closed so they could repair my radiator that same day instead of having to come back the following day. I had them back out to give my hvac unit a tune up before the summer heat kicked in.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Their initial response was mediocre at best, now they can’t seem to ever answer their phone or return a phone call. I have been without AC for two weeks going on 3 as now it’s Friday and definitely won’t get a response before the weekend I’m sure. We had to go through them because of our home warranty service and were very skeptical of their terrible ratings, well believe them!!! We wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt. When they had 24 hours to contact per the warranty company it was almost 2pm on a Friday and I hadn’t heard anything so I called them...her response was “I was waiting to see if you cancelled first before I called you.”

Poor workmanship and hostile customer service. Had Monster Tech come out less than a year ago to replace the coil and other minor repairs in our AC unit through our home warranty. Turned on our AC to start this summer and it wasn’t working again, only blowing out room temperature air. Called home warranty again and they sent out a different company. That company ran tests and determined we were completely out of Freon and diagnosed the problem as being the TX Valve was not tightened properly by the individuals (Monster) that installed the coil. Called Monster to ask them to come back out to fix their error and was told in a very rude manner that they no longer work with my home warranty company so they will not be coming out. I tried to explain that I understood their frustration with the warranty company, but that the bottom line was the issue we were experiencing was a direct result of the negligence of their technician and that we’d like someone to come out and address this very fixable issue. The person that answered the phone began raising her voice and said she didn’t care what was wrong with our system and it wasn’t their problem before hanging up on me. We have since had two other independent companies come out and look at our issue and both concurred that the problem stemmed from the TX Valve not being tightened properly, which allowed all of the Freon to slowly escape. Monster did substandard work and then refused to come back to remedy the situation all because they do not like a certain home warranty company, which is completely irrelevant to the overall charge. Couple that with the rude customer service and I certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone use them.

They received an order to inspect our boiler and then get authorization from our home warranty company to replace it. That order was on Thursday, 1/11. Hadn't heard from them as of this morning, 1/15, even though this was an emergency request, as we have no heat in the house and it's 15 degrees outside. I called Monster Tech this morning and was told that no one was working there until Thursday 1/18. What? And no one was planning on telling the customer this? Meanwhile we are sitting in the cold and risking our pipes being frozen. Needless to say, we found another provider through our home warranty company that could come out today...
