I called around 7:30 to have someone urgently look at my AC unit. After making a quick phone call, I spoke to Paul who sent a technician out within an hour. The technician Connor arrived and was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the problem fast and figure out a solution that works for us. He explained everything thoroughly and was not trying to up sell to get our money. I received a courtesy call after my appointment to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Very professional, customer oriented company. Highly recommend!!
