Great service! Compressor on AC went out and we Called Lazaro at Modern Mechanical. He was able to get our AC unit back up and running the same day. They also provided great service and advice to keep our unit running. Definitely recommend Modern Mechanical for your service and other needs.
They are very professional to deal with, including Laz, the owner. He was very responsive to any of my questions or concerns. They completed everything they said they would and in a timely manner. They went above and beyond on the job and I'll definitely refer them to my friends and family.
Highly recommend Lazaro!! AC was leaking and was not cooling the way it should be. I called and they came the next morning right on time! Fixed the problem in the less than an hour and my AC is working better than before and must say great price!! Thank you so much!!!!
So refreshing to work with them! I was so tired of working with people I don’t trust or that are not professional in this business. Well, those days are over now! I love the peace of mind that they get the job done and at a great price.

Quality Service! Couldn’t be more satisfied. Tech arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. Was proficient at resolving the issue and was careful and clean as he worked on the unit. Gave me multiple recommendations on how to extend the life of my units and was priced well. My AC is back up and running! Thank you!
