I can’t say enough great things about Bill and Modern Heating. He knows his stuff and takes his time to explain the pros and cons of each aspect of your system. You won’t meet a nicer man. I highly recommend reaching out for all of your heating and cooling needs, you won’t be disappointed.
I usually don’t write reviews, but Bill Pressly at Modern Heating did such an outstanding job that I have to give him a shout out. I recently had my furnace replaced and air conditioning unit installed. I was very impressed with the skills and professionalism that Bill provided. Not only did he do a great job of cleaning up the old furnace he was removing, he was very courteous and respectful in my home. Bill was very patient (I’m a slow learner) and thorough in explaining and programming my new thermostat. His rates were exceptional and he was very prompt with his service. I highly recommend Modern Heating.
