Modern furnace and AC has been my go to for everything HVAC and now they just installed a water heater and did another great job. Good people, good work and fair prices!
I can't say enough good about Modern Furnace! My heat went out Friday night, I was frantically searching for someone to call under a pile of blankets and thought there is no way this place with all these five star reviews is real. But Jason picked up the phone super late, came over the next morning and by 7 pm I had a brand new beautiful furnace and a toasty warm house. He was up front with me and explained it could be repaired but it was on it's last legs so he could also do a new one. I felt like he wasn't trying to pressure me either way which I really appreciated, I decided to go ahead and get a new one, based on my research his pricing was really reasonable as well. He brought in extra guys to make sure they could get it all done before I had to spend another cold night. I understand now why Modern has all the great reviews, they were so nice and so professional and got the work done well-everything you could ask for!
The furnace at my home failed Thursday evening and the company who installed the furnace would not come for a repair until Monday afternoon. By Saturday the house was at 42 F. Jason arrived for an emergency call at 8:30 pm, quickly identified the problem, scrubbed the buildup from the valves and resolved the blower problem. The furnace is now running far more smoothly and efficiently. I greatly appreciate Jason's rapid response, high level of expertise and professional demeanor. Count me in as a loyal customer.

My heating furnace had problem and didn’t start. I called Jason. He came quickly and found the problem. He then found the parts and fixed the furnace the next day.

I have never seen a company as good as this one. Its the beginning of JUNE its 98 degrees in my home my Central AC Unit is broken. I try to fix this on my own and cant. It's extremely hot and i have a 5 year old daughter. I call everywhere I can think of everyone is busy and cant come out for 7 to 15 days. My sister tells me she used Modern Furnace and Air Conditioning. I check their reviews and they have 5 stars. Nobody has 5 stars i think unless they have fake reviews. Man did they prove me wrong. I call them and ask when they can come take a look. They say today. I couldn't believe it. They notified me that they had a job that had run really long and wouldn't be able to make it until late at night around 10:00 PM and said they were sorry. Sorry I thought... You guys are gonna come down at 10PM and save me from this heat. They had nothing to be sorry about this is extraordinary. Any other HVAC company would have blown of the appointment and rescheduled for another day. They arrive and check my A.C i am expecting this to be dead and I'm ready to buy an brand new A.C unit on credit and make payments forever. I even tell them if its dead tell me and we can get a new one ordered. They could have taken advantage of that they didn't. It turned out to be a fuse. They replaced it and I followed outside. They said no charge today. I said are you sure you guys saved my butt let me pay you something. They refused to accept my money. I was ready to buy a brand new central air on a credit card and they knew this. Instead they saved my butt late at night and didn't charge me. I do stuff like this all the time for other people. I have never had anyone do this for me. I didn't think it existed. They have earned a customer for life. I will buy any HVAC equipment or repairs through them. I have never seen such a good honest business in such a dishonest industry. They are the best company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. To this company sincerely thank you.

Jason and Randy were great to work with! They installed our new AC unit and were very knowledgeable. We are pleased with the quality of their work and will call Modern with all of our plumbing and heating needs in the future.
Jason was awesome. Informed me when he would arrive, then arrived on time, was efficient friendly and professional in his work. And I have cold air again. I feel bad that the attic was so hot in the afternoon but he got in there and fixed it anyway. Can't say thanks enough!🙏. Highly recommend👍
My heat went out in the middle of the night. I was in a panic and a bit desperate. Jason came out and replaced my thermostat and got my furnace running again. He was professional and straight-shooting...and the cost was more than reasonable. I recommend and will definitely use in the future. Thanks a million!
Modern installed a new A/C & furnace for us last year. We had an issue with our furnace Jason was prompt even when he was out of town when I called him first. He replaced the circuit board and furnace was back in perfect shape. I would recommend Modern to anyone They live up to there warranty and word 😀
Previous installers had hooked up the electricity incorrectly and it resulted in burning out the AC but fortunately not damaging the home or the other electrical service. We were lucky not to have a bigger problem. Jason and his team installed a new HVAC system and ran the lines necessary to safely connect it to the breaker box which had not been done previously. The new system works great and I can't recommend Modern enough. They have now replaced the HVAC systems in my house and all of my kids as well and we would definitely recommend them to others even though we don't expect to need them for a long time in the future. So, through a weird series of events, I needed a new furnace right away. Even though it was already late in the day on a Friday when I called him, Jason and his team were amazing. They all worked overtime to get a new system installed in my house in less than a day! They pulled out the old system, spent time to fix up a previously shoddy installation, put in a brand new furnace and thermostat, and did a professional and thorough job. They were nothing less than miracle workers, and I will definitely call them back for any HVAC needs I might have in the future. Their five star rating is very well deserved! Highly recommended!
Everything went really well. Jason listened to our problem and gave us options, then let us choose what we wanted to do. He kept us informed about the arrival of parts (our motor had to be ordered), and installed it ASAP. The only surprise was that the bill was less than expected.
Been relying on Modern for 16 yrs! Great service, quick response to a service request, Jason did all he could to troubleshoot our AC, ultimately a new one was needed, gave us a fair and accurate estimate and installed a new AC the next day, very professional with very personable interactions. Installation crew was super quick and friendly (Thanks Randy and Nate!) Great price, Great AC & Great warranty!
Jason is just terrific. Our furnace went out last winter on a Sunday and he fixed it for us that afternoon for a very reasonable price. Had him come back today for AC maintenance. He shows up on time, is extremely professional, and is just a very pleasant person to be around. I will use his services for all future maintenance and repairs and highly recommend this company.
Jason was great to work with. I called him in early January with a dead furnace. He came same day, in 15 min. diagnosed that the controller board had failed, replaced it and now we're up and running again. I'd recommend him to anyone.
