I can honestly say I will recommend this company to everyone, they came out right away, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They got the issue fixed right away, and can’t thank them enough
I am a small business owner and I Strive to give good customer service, I give appointment reminders a day ahead and I am flexible and affordable. Modern Degree was all that and more. They didn't try to upsell anything that wasn't necessary. They let me know if concerns but in a none pressuring way. Easy to pay online afterwards. They were on time. Trust me I have dealt with A/C companies, I've owned this gas for 22 years. I'm experienced not so great ones in the past. I will stick with Modern Degree and have already referred them to a friend. Keep up the good work. Customer service is important in my book

Great fast professional service Got a quote from Precision air that was 3 times what these guys charged and didn’t include the warranty. So glad we went with Modern Degree instead.

Heath came and serviced our system and we also needed a capacitor. We noticed the starter had a hard kick to it. It had not gone out yet but it would soon. It’s so much quieter! Definitely needed! We are ready for the heat. We have a capacitor with a 5 year warranty now. Everything was just a bit over $200. Heath was also very personable. Very pleasant to work with. We will use again and recommend.
Came out next day and Titus helped find the problem fast and affordable. I will use them again.

Heath who happens to be the owner of Modern Degree did an excellent job diagnosing / maintenance on our HVAC system and explained everything including why he suggested replacing the capacitor and actually showing me what the read-out was on the meter he used to test it. I’m very happy with the work and how quickly I was scheduled,even though one of his trucks had a mechanical failure,he still showed up that same day…Kudos to his company for caring and being honest 🙂

Modern Degree is a group of honest guys, that do the job right. They are responsive and give an accurate assessment of what needs to be repaired. Their prices are very reasonable.
These guys were nothing short of amazing. They called back the same day on a Sunday, which I wasn't expecting and came the following morning first thing. I called them for an annual matinance on my A/C, but quickly found out one of my units wasn't working properly. The fan motor was jammed, and there was evidence of a coil leak. While not expecting such an expensive repair they allowed me time to process and think my options threw. They even allowed me to shop around, while making sure I was comfortable at no charge. They left and brought me back 2 portables so it could be more tolerable, and just asked to call when I figured out what to do. They were SO NICE and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Especially if you were like me getting no where with return calls from other company's. I'm a forever customer!
