James provided an amazing experience replacing our Air Handler blower motor. He was quick at diagnosing the issue, straight forward, with no salesman tactics. Just a man providing good services, to pay his bills. I’d rather support a one person/small business over a large company. I should mention that he was able to work on our unit the day of the issue/call. Made time in his schedule, to fix our issue. Even went the extra mile to make sure everything was good to go after repair. Great man, great experience, highly recommend.

I just moved in and the AC wasn't working and the landlord was out of town I called Florida Home AC and they came out for 100 service call and then on top wanted to charge a crazy amount for the freon I sent them packing and called MCC. They came out and fixed my problem for a much better price. For honest dependable service call Modern Climate Control first and save yourself money and headache!

We struggled worrying about how to find an AC company we could trust and rely on. James is nothing like anyone who's ever come out. He looked at everything, gave us a thorough assesment of what we needed done, sat down and asked us questions to find the right unit for us. Explained everything. The day he installed our new unit everything went smoothly, he made sure we registered our warranty, and got our phones connected so we could connect remotely. I never imagined anyone as conscientious as James. He takes such pride in what he does. And any questions, he responded immediately or as soon as he finished jobs he was working on. Will recommend him to everyone. Just amazing!!!
