tracy & mark have both done excellent work: prompt & doing right the first time - i would use them without hesitation
Absolutely the best at what they do. The quickest response that I have ever had to a question, and they were out immediately to resolve the problem. Please call or get in touch with Modern Air first, before any other company. I promise you will not be left without a great experience.
Modern Air truly saved me when I thought hope was lost. My wife and I had to get our AC and furnace replaced since both were 20+ years old and I spent a fair chunk for temporary fixes up to this point. I had 8 different businesses come in with quotes. Modern Air was easily the most affordable along with the best reputation of great service. They showed up on time, everything was completed in one day, and they came in $5000 below the top competitors in the FM area for the same product. It’s a no-brainer.
I had a rental property that needed two new furnaces. I called multiple companies in the area because I was not familiar with the process and how much it should cost. Modern Air was not only the cheapest, but the most genuine, timely and deliver great quality work! They explained the process from start to finish and answered any questions I had. They were kind and responsive! They met up with me during holidays, weekends and after hours with out no complaints. Ive used other companies for services problems, but this is the first time I used Modern Air and the last time I will have to shop around for a heating/cooling company. I am hands down going to be a repeat customer. Like I said, I shopped around and the next closest quote was exponentially higher. They mentioned it would take 2 days to install, they got it done in 1. I had the opportunity to meet both owners, Tracey and Mark and they are such great people. Modern Air was a huge help! Our A/C quit working at worst possible time. From the time we realized it wasn't working, we had a fully functioning a/c unit that worked better than before, in three hours! THANK YOU Modern Air!!
I had a gas furnace, a 2 ton ac unit, & a hot water heater installed by Mr Tracy & his team of installers. All I can say is great work I would recommend them to anyone. Mr Tracy was very understanding he took the time to explain about all concerns that I had plus he met all my expectations.. reasonable prices & quality work Good job modern air

It was a weekend we had a graduation party going on I placed a phone call and they were there within 2 hours fixed the air conditioning on one of the hottest days this summer so far. Very friendly and reasonable, I highly recommend them and we will be using them in the future if we ever need services again.
These guys were so helpful at putting my mind at ease. I moved into a new home and didn't totally understand how my home's air exchanger worked. I had questions about the humidity levels in my home and just wanted an overall checkup of my hvac systems. Everybody from the first phone call onward was patient, kind, courteous and, I felt, honest. The price was very reasonable and exactly as quoted. I will be using them exclusively for my hvac needs from now on. I was so happy and relieved after they explained everything. They gave me guidance on how to keep my hvac systems in good shape. It is difficult to find good companies sometimes, and truly great experiences are rare. I feel like I've found a shiny, new, lucky penny with these guys. My boyfriend is a maintenance man for apartment buildings and comes in regular contact with various service companies. He recommended this company. That says a lot in my opinion.
Great employees and owners. Fast and knowledgeable with their products. Gave options for needs to provide better air circulation thru my house. Replaced and installed a new Rheem furnace (super quiet which is a plus). Installed an Air Exchanger to take care of the humidity issue in my house. Top notch installs and cleaned up well when they left. They placed blankets on the floors so they wouldn't make a mess tracking in and out. Highly highly recommended. Quickly scheduled and more affordable than other places in town.
