I am remiss not writing this earlier. We have used Modern-Air for several years. Always professional and friendly, exceptionally timely, very competitive pricing and always fix the problem the first time. They replaced our furnace 2 years ago and we could not be more pleased with the entire process and pricing. Brian installed a second water heater this spring, working in a tight spot. So nice to have the additional hot water and he managed to make it look tidy (nice bonus). Brian most recently did a check and had to fill some coolant due to a micro leak. Now on schedule to replace the AC piece above the furnace. They never oversell. Although our AC outdoor unit has some age on it, he said it did not need to be replaced. It should still be good for a few years. I was more than willing to replace if he said it needed it...but the added coolant did the trick until they can replace. I could go on listing in the plus column. Just an excellent company.
Chad came out this morning to look at our 24 year old air conditioner. We were expecting some bad news and instead, we were told our unit was in great shape. We needed the capacitor fixed. That was it. He looked at our nest thermostat and told us how to change the wiring so it would be connected correctly. It is incredible to find a company with a mission of fixing, not selling. Incredible service, great repair guy. So very happy with this company!
My AC went out on the hottest day of the year. Modern Air came on time. Very professional. Fixed my AC. I will be sleeping well tonight. I would highly recommend.

I used this company on the recommendation of a friend because I was not happy with my previous HVAC company. My friend has been using them for years and said they are very honest and never try to upsell you or make repairs that are not needed. This was my experience with Modern Air also. They will be my "go to" HVAC company in the future. Chad was very professional and did a great job.

Awesome company and top-notch customer service! We called Modern Air Heating & Cooling after a bad experience getting our furnace serviced with another HVAC company, and the owner came out and had it fixed in 30 min. He was very professional and super friendly. This will be our go-to HVAC company from now on!

Chad was on time and did a really quality job. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything that he was doing. He never suggested something that we did not need, unlike some places. Modern Air is the only company we use for HVAC. them! Highly recommend.

Chad was great! He was about an hour early from his estimate (on a Sunday) and had everything up and running in no time. No gimmicks or sales pitches and he went above and beyond to put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Chad and the Modern Air team for any heating and cooling issues and will be using them for all of my HVAC needs moving forward. Super happy with my experience, I can’t stress that enough.
I can't say enough great things about this company. Chad was prompt with his quote and then Chad and Brian were able to install our new air conditioning the very next day. These guys are honest, professional and knowledgeable and they do not try to up sell. Quality work and a pleasure with which to work!

I called Modern Air to get a second opinion on some recommendations I received from another company. Brian checked out my AC system and walked me through why the results from my last service (by another company) could not be true. Essentially showed me why the tech from my other service company was either incompetent or lying to my face about what I needed. Modern Air just earned a lifetime customer.
Brian is very knowledgeable, totally upfront and sells a quality product at a reasonable price. He and Matt were careful and thorough with the installation. So glad I found someone I knew I could trust for a new furnace and air conditioner!

I had originally purchase an Angie's List deal to have our HVAC serviced prior to selling our home. The company that came out told me that there wasn't any coolant left in my system and that I needed a 2000 dollar repair, or a 4,000+ replacement of the A/C system. My realtor told me to call Modern-Air, they came out and serviced my A/C and Heater and found that I was less than 1 lb low on coolant. He told me about something he noticed that might become a problem later, but it's about a 150 dollar fix if needed at a later date. If you want an honest person working on your HVAC that will tell you what is going on and what you need, give these guys a call. If I have issues with the HVAC on my next home, they will be the first people that I call.

Incredible service. 90+ degree heat and a call list a mile long, yet he took extra time to dig and test in order to only fix what needed to be fixed. We have known Brian and Modern-Air for a long time and have used Modern-Air for numerous HVAC problems. Recently, we lost our heat on a very cold Saturday. Brian diagnosed most of our problem over the phone and then came to the house to make certain that the furnace was up and running properly. Brian is very knowledgeable and Modern-Air's rates are reasonable.
Brian and Matt are EXCEPTIONAL! They diagnosed a bad hot water heater and a furnace that had black mold in a condo I'm renting. The hot water heater was immediately replaced and they bent over backward to procure and install the furnace the next day (Friday) so I would have heat for the cold January weekend. AND, they were friendly and clean! HIGHLY recommend.
