This company employee are unprofessional
I am really happy with the service from Modern AC Technology. They took great care of us. Our air conditioning went out over the weekend and they came out right away. Modern AC was keeping our 25 year old AC running but it was finally time to get a new one. They installed my new 5 ton Trane fast and it works beautifully. We also installed an ultra violet light to help keep the allergies in check. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
I just had the pleasure of meeting Scott for the first time my family has been useing his service with this company for years and I now am a loyal satisfied customer he was very polite,kind,and knowledgeable he was here on time and finished the repair fast and solved my issue with the AC unit i strongly recommend his service to all my friends and family thank you Modern AC Technology and big thank you to Scott I look forward to doing business in the future 👍👍👍
I have dealt with Modern Air for about 5 years. I purchased my a/c unit from them (a referral from a friend) and contact them whenever I need service. The company is very honest, accommodating, dependable and reasonable. I recently contacted them for service (on a Saturday) and they came out that evening. I highly recommend Modern Air to everyone. Scott (owner) is the best! You will be happy you contacted them for all your a/c needs. You have contacted the best so there is no need to contact the rest! Tell them Dina sent you.
I have been a customer of Scott Lind's company for more than 12 years. He is extremely dependable and knowledgeable. Every time he services our units, he goes above and beyond to accommodate us. We experienced a locked AC fan 9:00 PM after a power outage. Scott arrived within 20 min, diagnosed the problem and replaced the motor with a new one within an hour. Competent and excellent service. We highly recommend him...

Scott is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He has done maintenance and replaced my entire unit. He always goes the extra mile to help out and give a fair price. I have given his company info to many friends and relatives. It is rare to find such a stand up guy and company these days. I was sitting in my office on a Saturday afternoon when I noticed that my AC Unit in my office started to act up. I called around to a few friends and family to see if anyone had a reliable and honest AC company... I got Scott's number from a family member who has used his services in the past and told me to forget about calling around and to just call Scott. It was a Saturday afternoon, and even though I didn't expect to get an answer, I still decided to give Scott a call. At 2pm on a Saturday afternoon Scott greeted me over the phone and took genuine concern in my issues. He reassured me that he would be able to meet me at my office early in the coming week and would ensure things were resolved. Scott arrived as promised, went up onto the roof of my office building and assessed the entire situation. He really knows what he's talking about, doesn't give you anything you don't need, and really cares about making sure his customers are completely satisfied. Scott left my office just a few hours ago, but he made such a positive impact on me, that I wanted to leave this review right away! Don't hesitate calling Scott, I guarantee you'll be treated in the highest regard and given the highest level of workmanship around! Scott, thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and true care - its very much appreciated!
Wow is all I have to say. Scott was a great guy and I only dealt with him over the phone. I explained to him the problems I was having with my A.C. and he explained what he thought the problem was and walked me through everything and didn't even charge me. I look forward to meeting him face to face next week for him to diagnose my two A.C. systems at my other house since no other A.C. company or individual has been able to fix them completely.
Scott Lind runs this business with class. He's smart, driven, prompt, intelligent, and understands his discipline to an master level. Our condenser/compressor unit died and he was able to get out to us on short notice and replace the burned out capacitor. I spend some time chatting with Scott, and he is a rare find in today's business world. If you appreciate real people who provide a superb service and are small business owners who care about their trade, I highly suggest you call Modern AC Technology for any HVAC issues you might have to get things done right.
Modern AC has been taking care of my AC needs for years now and they've always been there and taken care of the problem in a fast and efficient manner. we've developed a good relationship over the years that goes a long way and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Scott was amazing. He came out for me as an emergency on Saturday on what felt like a 100 degree day. I love the fact he was so honest with me. I have an older unit that I couldn't afford to replace. Scott put in a capacitor for the compressor and topped off the AC system for me
Scott was awesome. They came out right away and were straight up and took care of the issue right away! They will be the only ones we ever call from now on! Even our maintenance association guy had heard of them and gave a good verbal review when we said who we were going to call.
