The dishwasher at my business needed service. The tech came and gave an evaluation and I paid $150 that day. He told me he was looking for the parts to get it working again and NEVER got back to me. I left a few messages and now it’s been over a month! So I have to pay to have someone else evaluate and fix it. Disappointing lack of communication.
This isn't a real company. It's one guy that's running things out of his house and isn't insured. He's basically running a scam. He will try and tell you certain things are needed to be done that don't, overcharge you and ghost you the second you let him know there's an issue. He Installed a used defective motor, charged me over double for what they go for brand new and said he added freon when he didn't ,then rigged it to start and left with our check and those weren't even the issues with the freezer. I tried to call so he could get it fixed properly, he told me he would find some time that day to get it fixed. So mistakes happen, I can deal with that, because I run my own business, so I thought he would stop by later on and things would be fine. Then he turned his cell phone off because the company number is his personal cell and refused to take my call. We later noticed that the motor he installed was defective. Hire this guy at your own risk. I don't have a problem using guys running their own companies out of their house because they typically don't charge a fortune and do good work. This guy charges a premium with terrible work and won't make things right if he makes things worse. HIGH RISK LOW REWARD!!!

Had these guys install a new walk-in freezer for my restaurant recently, and I was impressed with both the customer service, and the affordability. Will definitely be using their service again.
When we needed a new air conditioning unit and air filter for our office, Mo-Kan were by far; the best people for the job. Both in terms of price and quality. We also appriciate the friendliness of the consultant that reviewed our office when we needed the work done.
