The owner is very knowledgeable. His team of Caleb and Justin was fantastic. They did a comprehensive analysis and cleaning of my dryer vent. My main concern was that I had a blockage at the vent on the roof. And they were the only company that would go on the roof to check the vent. What they found was the vent was blocked entirely. We recently had new roofs installed in our townhome community. The engineers specified the wrong vent. They installed a bathroom vent instead of a dryer vent. Thankfully they found the problem, and now I can inform the HOA. I highly recommend this company. They were very professional and knowledgeable.
Update: The owner of MMI Home Improvement called me back moments after I submitted my review. But my review would not have been posted yet and he was calling back because of a missed call he had. He explained the situation with the call center and said he would address it immediately. He then spends a good 30 min educating me and answering my questions. I booked an appointment as a result and I am updating my rating. I have not used this company yet but the customer service was beyond my expectations. Thank you MMI! Filled out their form on their website for a quote. Never got a response so I called. The person I spoke with asked me for an address right off the bat. Told him I was just looking for a quote and did not want to give an address till I got a quote. He says he is just the dispatcher and needs an address to give a quote. As I attempted to ask why an address is needed, he starts humming in my ear so I hung up. Not very professional.
I used MMI for replacing a dryer vent in my home. They were very responsive and quickly called me back if they ever missed my call. Due to complexities with my house, they had to come out three times to get the job done, but they kept me updated on the status and described in detail all my options. I felt the price was fair and am happy with the quality of the work. Thank you!
Great experience with this company, 100% recommended. I liked that they were explaining the whole process and giving me advice and feedback on my HVAC system. The definitely know what they were doing.
Very knowledgeable staff. Took time to address the issues and suggested solution. Appreciate the fact that even though there was an increment weather advisory, company showed up and stayed past midnight to make sure the work was completed. Very pleased with the results. Before and after pictures included; they also installed an UV light purification system which is great!
One day I needed to clean the ventilation. I found some company on the Internet, one of those that are cheaper. They've arrived the same evening, somehow broke through the blockage and everything was seemingly fine, but a week later the problem recurred and the duct had to be cleaned again. And this went on several times and I think it could be even more, until I came across the company MMI Home Improvement. They did a fabulous work cleaning my kitchen ductwork from grease and dirt, it's much safer to cook now!

Great professional company owner Vitaly was here the entire time. Initially placed a vent and chimney to my new rangetop hood Then cleaned and sanitized and repaired all the ductwork in my house. Fireplace cleaned as well as dryer vent. Installed up light sanitizer on furnace. Highly recommend Great customer service

At first, through remote WhatsApp consultations, I tried to clean the chimney pipe myself, but everything was unsuccessful. That's why I applied to this company. I understood that I needed a normal cleaning of the entire pipe, but I was not ready for lots of dirt in the house. However, the moment has come! The cleaners cleaned out a whole bag of old ashes, leaves and other debris. And most importantly, they cleaned up after themselves! Thank you for that!
