6/21/23: Chris H. came today to do our summer maintenance AC check. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and arrived when stated. Mitchell's is always responsive with any questions or concerns we may have. Thank you Chris for again confirming why we always choose Mitchell's for our HVAC needs!

Our A/C stopped working right before it was supposed to get really hot and we were scheduled quickly and the tech knew exactly what was wrong and repaired it with the part he had available in his truck at a reasonable price .our tech was Chris H and he was very professional yet friendly .

Called Mitchell’s in the morning to get service on our whole house air conditioner. Surprisingly an appointment was available in the afternoon. Technician Steve was on time. Quickly determined what was wrong with our whole house air conditioner. Had replacement part on truck. Repairs made and complete system checked out in less than 30 minutes. Great company. Highly recommended. CWA.

I have an old house, piping issues as a result, and the crew that was sent out to me to help fix what was originally just a gas leak became the greatest helps ever. They went above and beyond to make sure they took the time needed on this old (but oh so loved) house.
Bought a house last year and had Mitchell install new efficient A/C unit recently. It did not work properly, but sent Chris out to check a few days later. He discovered malfunctioning valve and damper that had been closed. When asked about nonexistent air flow on second floor of house, other technicians said we needed new duct work and would have to tear out walls, or install a supplemental system. We only needed to open one damper on back on furnace! Thanks, Chris!

Chris H was awesome.. He did yhr preventive maintance on our ac unit told me step by step thr outcome and all was great. We only trust Mitchell hesting and cooling to do our ac and furnace work if I could givr more than 5 stars i would you rock and Chris was amazing.
