I Was Very Pleased With Technician Nathen ,Very Professional, On Time, Took The Time To Explain What's Wrong With My Heating System. A+:)
I highly recommend this company to anyone with a condensate gas furnace. Nathan problem-solved two major issues with my furnace and went out of his way to secure a brand new pressure switch the same day. He explained the issues to me very clearly, was courteous and professional, and did a great job fixing my furnace. A big THANK YOU!
I had to call Mitchell Heating at 10pm when my air conditioner broke during the middle of a heat wave. It was 95 degrees in the house and I was worried my cats would die of heatstroke. I had called 5 different HVAC companies that claimed to be "24 hour service" and Mitchell Heating was the only place that actually answered. They dispatched Nathan, who was polite, professional, and immediately diagnosed the problem. He quoted a fair price, despite the emergency callout and the fact that I was desperate and would have paid twice as much. He even put up with a convoluted key-swapping scheme with my neighbor as I was out of town at the time. My house is cool, my cats are safe, and from now on Mitchell Heating will always be my first call for heating and cooling issues. I can't recommend them enough.
Overall, best experience I've ever had working with a repair company for any reason in DC. I used a larger, more commercial and known service a couple years ago, and this experience was superior in every way. I worked with Nathan M. and only Nathan M. from the start - I wasn't handed off to multiple people. He quickly found the problem and explained the likely cause and plan of attack. I was in direct contact with him the entire time via his cell. What I especially appreciated was that I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me something the whole time like a service package. Prices were good without the ticky tack service charges. Couldn't be happier with the service and results, from start to finish.
Best Service with lower rates than any havc and plumbing companies in the DMV area . Mitchell Heating service my hvac unit and Plumbing for the past 3 years. I had always been pleased with the work they do. I always get speedy response and good service.
I wish I knew Mitchell Heating before, I would've never use any other company for all my hvac , plumbing and Electrical need. I have been burned so much , since I manage properties its hard to find a good company that give all services with a fair price. Before the technician goes to the properties he calls ahead and be there onetime, very knowledgeable and professional :) I will sure use them again ..
I moved home to take care of my 98 year old mother. Trouble shooting the heating due not providing substantial heat throughout the house, I attempted to bleed the radiators to no avail Called Mitchell Heating who sent to technicians the same day. Professional, efficient, extremely courteous and respectful of my mothers situation. Nathan and Alex could not have been more thorough during diagnosis and the eventual repair. Our home is warm and comfortable to a level unexperienced in many years.Also Addie who handled my telephone calls represented Mitchell Heating with complete understanding and control of the situation. i recomond Mitchell heating company, they gave me the same day service, they came and fixed my air condition with in two hours after I called. Great customer service. Very nice people.
