They might do good work but I couldn't get over the 90$ estimate/inspect fee on each of their services. I've had quotes from competitors between 300$ and 500$ for a very simple ceiling light install where a switch already exists in a single story house with attic. They wanted me to pay 90 just to show up and tell me the cost was somewhere in that range. Sure they say they can waive it if you go ahead with the work but there's no guarantee that they will be cheaper than the competition. That said, I went to lowes. Bought everything I needed for 45$ and had the install finished myself in about 1 hr (and I'm a DIYer at best. Might go with them for bigger jobs and I understand they need to protect their bottom line, but give me 30 seconds on the phone with a technician and I guarantee that they could've given me a price over the phone.
If I could give "0" stars, I would. I reached out to several contractors for pricing on a few very minor electrical and plumbing repairs that came from an inspection related to the sale of my home. I selected Copper Ridge because they were fairly competitive in their estimate. Problem one was getting on their schedule. They couldn't get me in for a week and a half, but that was an acceptable time before closing. Getting them to commit to that date and an actual window for arrival proved far more difficult. It took two emails, two phone messages and two text messages to finally get a response from somebody. I chased them for almost 5 days to confirm. They were supposed to show up this morning between 8am-10am and at 9:15am I got the call that everybody dreads. They were NOT coming at all because their technician couldn't get his truck started. They wanted to TRY and schedule me for next week. I explained that it had to be done today, I was running out of time to get the work done, I had taken off work, etc. I asked if they could perhaps send a different technician given my situation, and she said that they were all booked. I asked if they would be willing to ask another customer to cancel so that my time sensitive issue could be dealt with (they obviously had no problem canceling my appointment), and they finally fessed up that they didn't have any other technicians serving the area. I asked if they could rent a vehicle to come as my repairs were minor and didn't require most of the "equipment" on their truck. Gave them a few hours to resolve and they didn't. So, I called up Ben Franklin plumbing and got in TODAY! I would never call Cooper Ridge again, as their follow up is non-existent, they're clearly unreliable and make no effort to try and meet their obligations to the customer. Call somebody else.
Dependable and reasonable..
This company is very unresponsive. I purchased a home recently and Copper Ridge was paid 2,250 at closing to complete repairs from the home inspection. It's been 6 weeks, the check was cashed but my repairs still haven't been completed. I've called and talked with Samantha several times. She says she unaware of the list of repairs needed on my home. Samantha says Mike will call me but I have yet to receive a call from him. My experience with Copper Riddge has been very frustrating so far!!!

Aaron, the technician who came to our home, was punctual and courteous. More importantly, he was honest and competent. Our water heater had a very simple malfunction. He was completely honest about it, rather than trying to charge me for something much bigger. They were able to come out the same day when other companies couldn't. We will definitely call Copper Ridge again.
Christian was extremely helpful in replacing a defective ballast in an awkward location. Very good experience!
I had an issue with can lights where it was not immediately apparent what the issue was. Christian checked two switches and opened up and checked all five can lights, redid some of the wiring that probably was not done well by the builder and the problem was fixed. He also did a good job of installing a ceiling fan. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience. Copper Ridge sent out Christian to my home to work with me to install a new electrical outlet and coax for my home's cable. Christian assessed the situation, and once we agreed on a rate, he jumped right in. I unfortunately was not able to be on site as Christian finished the job, but, when I returned, Christian had completed the work as promised, cleaned up and left. Thanks Copper Ridge, If I need anything else, i will surely give you a call again!
Our jacuzzi stopped operating in the cold of winter. The Jacuzzi repairperson said that everything checked out with the jacuzzi and that the problem probably was located in the home Breaker Box. I called Copper Ridge and a few hours later technician, Christian, responded. He listened to my description of the problem, read the jacuzzi repairperson's notes, and located the problem in our Breaker Box. He secured a new part, swapped it for the defective one, and our jacuzzi is back in business. I call Copper Ridge for all my electrical and plumbing needs.
