Initially drawn in by the funny meme style ads I saw on FB, we had Chris come out for a tune up, just to be prepared for summer, and he was nothing short of spectacular! Super friendly, went over a few concerns I had from a previous company that did some insulation, and no pushy salesman vibes or tactics. Mission Air shouldn't be your first call, they should be your only call!
The owner Scott was phenomenal, came out super fast, diagnosed the problem and had my twin 2 ton AC units kicking like a bronco in no time! Highly recommend! A+++

Mission Air came our fast to fix our ac in a pinch! We ended up having to replace a few things but they stayed in touch with us during the whole time and fixed it fast when the parts came in and even tried to get it to work in the meantime. Scotty, Chris, and Scott were so helpful and really know what they are doing. In times where good customer service is hard to find, they shined through all expectations!

Wow is all I can say!!! Actually I can say alot more... American Home Shield (home warranty) left my family hanging with 85-95 degree Temps in the house this last whole week and two days due to broken compressor. I had two portable units to help with the wait but was way too much for them and still was 85 in the house. After two estimates for a new unit from them, I found these guys. Honest, up front, on time, fast, reliable and service with a smile! Mission Air Services came out same day and installed on the day I was ready. Please call on them...you won't be sorry!!! Amazing service!!! Would very highly recommend!
My wife and I would highly recommend Mr.Chris for any A/C system repair issues that you may have. One week he came out to let us know what the problem was and the following week him and his team got the job done. Chris along with his team was very respectful and professional, before leaving I was told to let them know if any problems were to occur they would be right back out. HVAC replace + piece of mind = Mission Air Services!!! My wife and I returned from a business trip to a dead A/C unit. The next morning my wife placed the call and within 45 minutes Scotty and Chris arrived to assess the situation. After a thorough diagnosis of the situation, we were provided with multiple solutions. No high pressure, hard sell “act now!” tactics. Just open and honest, straight forward solutions to accommodate a variety of financial needs. We decided to replace both the A/C unit and furnace. Within an hour, the technician Lascott and his apprentice arrived and within 4 hours the job was done! The final installation looks amazing! Everything is neat, tidy and functional. Lascott and his apprentice were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with our rudimentary questions. Their attention to detail and efficiency exceeded our high expectations. We’ve been and will continue to tell our neighbors and friends of the overall GREAT experience! Thanks again!

Scott, Scotty and their team are simply amazing! They are very courteous, on time, and their prices are very competitive. They go the extra mile for you too which is most uncommon these days (unless you pay extra). They serviced my mum's a/c system, installed a new a/c system for a friend and we have also used them for regular a/c servicing/repairs. Cannot recommend Mission Air Services highly enough as they are exceptional!!
Can’t recommend this company enough!! Quick to answer, showed up on a Sunday to help us figure out what was wrong and the best plan of action, had multiple finance options and was able to get us approved for a brand new unit. They send reminder texts to let you know when your appointment is, when the tech is on their way, and who the tech is! On instal day they worked well into the night to make sure we were up and running. Great customer service, fair prices, quality work! Happy to support such an amazing company and such a great hard working crew!
