Super grateful for Sam saving the day! Our AC stopped working and our house was heating up fast. He was there and had it fixed within the hour! If you need any work on your HVAC, give Sam a call. He's very knowledgeable, friendly and gets the problem fixed fast.
Sam is very knowledgeable. He will explain everything, literally everything to you even if you don't understand it. And he will tell you what the previous guys did wrong. Which tells me he knows what he is doing and he communicates very well the problems that need to be addressed as well as things that could lower cost and improve performance. My a/c unit was using 6.5 KW which kills me with on demand charges having solar. Sam lowered that to 6.1 KW and says that now I have the correct refrigerant amounts, it could go down even more. Its not about the money to him, its about having a perfectly functioning system to satisfy customers. I won't go anywhere else from now on.
It was hot and our upstairs A/C unit seemed to stop working in the middle of the night. A friend referred us to Sam at Mint - we called and he was out the same day, fixed our A/C, was reasonably priced, and explained things well. We appreciated his honesty and thoroughness and highly recommend him to anyone with HVAC needs!
