Very shady company they installed a brand new AC unit poor quality and they do not warranty their work. $15k worth of work and money down the toilet. If I could give them a 0 I would. The have no integrity and refuse to do the right thing. They are a very dishonest company including the owner! Be very careful using this company.

Matt and his team were fabulous and great to work with. Found him online (due to great reviews) while doing research for alternate bids for a complete system replacement. They put in a new heat pump system for us and had some great suggestions to help improve the comfort and energy efficiency of our home along with the performance of the new system. Customer service before and after the sale is top notch and we can tell a big difference in comfort in our home. Pricing was extremely competitive as well. They are now our #1 call for any HVAC request and have recommended them to others.
When I put my "plea for help" out on my neighborhood Next Door app, Matthew Mimm's name kept appearing by other past and pleased customers. I had used Matt only 6 months prior when one of my 3 AC's went out, but this was my way of shopping his prices. My house has been on the market for over a year, I'm newly divorced, paying bills on this house as well as my own apartment... and living 45 min away. Matt's quote was similar to others, but he was able to work with me on financing and replaced my AC unit within a day. I never even had to show up and oversee the job. He is trustworthy, honest, prompt and professional. I highly recommend him and his team.
Matthew has been servicing our home since we moved to Fort Worth 10 years ago. Moving into a 70's home, there's lots of little things to fix and update. Over the years we've had to replace our AC system, decided to move it from a downstairs closet to the attic and had a small unit installed into a converted garage/movie room. Super helpful and explains everything well. Great pricing. Can't imagine using anyone else.
I had a problem with my furnace and contacted Mims. They came out that day and offered various options to fix the problem or have a new furnace installed. Rather than try to push the most expensive unit on me, they discussed benefits of each and recommended a less expensive furnace. They installed the new furnace the next day and I could not be more pleased.
Highly recommend. I’ve used them 3 times on 2 different houses. Great communication. The value you get from the service rate is pretty impressive. This most recent time I used them, I sent them a screenshot of an Inspection report of items that needed to be addressed... took care of it all and documented it well to satisfy the people purchasing our home. Very comfortable with their technicians being around my family if I’m not home. A+

Garret and Marshall did an amazing job installing HVAC at our house this week! They are super nice and answered all my questions. They were on time, clean and kept me in the loop on progress. I was super impressed with their work ethic in the heat of our attic. I would definitely recommend them. I'll ask for them for our service check ups too.
My wife and I just moved into a new home in Saginaw and had an issue with our thermostat not powering the heating/cooling unit. I called Mims Heating & Air Conditioning because of their highly recommended reviews via Google and Yelp, and I was not disappointed! I called Mims around noon, and by 3 PM, Matt Mims was already at our property and diagnosed our issue almost immediately. It turns out our unit power switch was not flipped on. Due to the quick fix, and there not being an issue, Matt refused to charge us anything for the visit (even after I insisted). Matt offered to do a tune up on our unit for half off to make the call worth it, but once he examined our unit, he determined there were no issues and thus no true need for a tune up. I was incredibly impressed by his integrity and honesty, as some of the bigger companies I've worked with in the past don't hesitate to charge for each and every issue. His professionalism and honesty highly impressed me, and I wish there were more small business services with his level of integrity. Needless to say, I HIGHLY recommend Mims to anyone needing a reliable, affordable, trustworthy Heating & Cooling professional! I was blown away by my experience. I'm truly hopeful you consider him and his business over the larger companies who focus only on sales, profits and numbers. You won't be disappointed by your experience!
best in the business! Seriously. This is a family business and they will blow any of the big names out of the water. They are honest and fair. His first time seeing me, he filled me up with coolant and sealed my blower unit for free. Where the other companies have one goal to sell you a new unit, Mims actually works with what you need in your specific situation. Excellent company.

I recently used Mims Heating & Air to fix some wiring issues at my home. My dog chewed through multiple wires that led to our heating/ac units. I noticed it early in the morning, so I called Matt and he gave me a reasonable quote and told me that he would arrive within an hour to complete the repairs. Matt and his team were very professional, respectful and fixed the wiring issues my dog caused in a timely manner. Their level of customer service exceeded our expectations. I would definitely use this company again for any other heating/ac repairs we need in the future! Thank you guys!
Had a great experience working with Matt from Mims Heating and Air. He gave us a very reasonable quote to replace our heat pump system. Installation went smooth, installed on schedule as promised, and his team was professional and courteous. Definitely recommend Mims to others.
I've used Mims twice in the last 7 months, once to top off my compressor during the 110° weekend in July and the other just recently to replace the inside unit. Both times Matt was able to get to us quickly and did an incredible job, I can't say enough good things about the work he does, first class. The other reviews don't lie he's that good.
