Brent is fan-effing-tastic. Absolutely my new HVAC guy. Came out on short notice on the hottest Sunday in recent history, and resolved the problem very quickly.
I would recommend Brent and his crew to anyone. 3 other family members have had Brent install new AC systems for them and we’ve all been totally satisfied with the total professional work they did. 5 stars for sure.
Brent installed a large American Standard AC/Heat system in my home. He also installed several AC Mini units, which are great. The work was done most professionally and was always done on time. The units cool extremely well and are efficient. The quality of install is superb. Cannot really say enough good things about Brent. He is a consummate professional, with a strong value system; an obvious reflection of his upbringing. He is trustworthy and is a really good person. I have a strong sense about that. I consider him a friend, and will look to him exclusively, to meet my AC/Heat needs for the remainder of my lifetime. That really says it all!
Brent was the nicest guy to work with. It was a very hot day and our AC went out; of course it was miserable and we needed service quick. Brent was very responsive and came to assess the system in a timely manner, same day actually. He took time to explain what was needed and our options for getting it done. The next morning he was back with a new system and worked quickly and efficiently to get the house cooling. I was even more impressed when he called several hours later just to check in and see if the house was continuing to cool effectively. Top notch service and all with a friendly smile.
Very professional, reliable and reasonable. Brent is an outstanding A/C tech. He took great care of our house when we need it the most. He provided several options for our A/C issues and was able to fix it immediately. Highly recommend these guys.
I have nothing but great things to say about MIMS. My A/C went out last year right in the peak of COVID. I called a bunch of companies that tried getting me to pay ridiculous prices using scare tactics and misinformation. MIMS was the only company who quoted me over the phone and seemed like they wanted to help. Not only did the come in under all the other places prices, but they were able to schedule an install in just 3 days! The technicians came on time and finished a complete removal and install in like 6 hours. I can’t remember the name of the man who I talked to set everything up, but he was reasonable and does good business. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any HVAC work that needs to be done for your home. Also, if you get a new AC/Furnace install don’t forget to get that tax credit when you file your taxes.
I like to research companies reviews prior to hiring someone to do the work. Mimsair had 5 stars and I decided to give them a call. Brent was very professional and honest. He gave me the best solution to my problem without breaking the bank. Very pleased.
Our AC unit conked out on us a few days ago. Replacing it was long overdue. We had been "frankensteining" it together for years and decided it was time to replace it. We contacted Brent and he came out immediately on a Saturday. He showed us what the problem was, gave us various options, and didn't try and push us into making a decision on the spot. After having one other company come out to compare with we decided to purchase a new unit with Mim's Air and I'm so glad we did! Brent, Adam, and Jose were punctual, professional, meticulous, courteous, and they cleaned up after themselves! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. Mim's Air is top notch!
This is the second time I have used Mims. The first time Brent saved me from what I thought was going to be a very expensive repair by just making some minor adjustments. This time the blower went out leaving us completely without AC in the hottest days of the year. Brent came out and had a new blower installed within less than 24 hours from when I called him. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I will use again when needed.
MIMS is the best! Quality service by a quality team! After another company tried to rip me off I called Brent and he came out same day and did the same service of replacing my capacitor on my A/C for half the price! He also identified why I have one room not getting as cool as the others and he will be adding a air return at an affordable price! I highly recommend!!
Working with Mims during an AC replace was so stress-free and easy. When comparing companies to replace my AC, they gave me advice and recommendations that was not in favor of making them more money. I didn’t know much about HVAC before this, but they educated me patiently through all of my questions. Their estimate was very competitive, but I mostly chose them because of their expertise and obvious focus on the customer getting what they really need, not how much they could sell me. I fully trust them for any of my HVAC needs going forward!
I recently bought a home and my A/C went on the frits. I was going to be hosting my in-laws and I couldn't have my 80+ year old family in a home without AC. Luckily the tech came out pretty quick (I think it was on his way home) and gave it a look over and all it needed was a reset. He could have made up a big story and charged me a ton and I wouldn't have known any different. I am so thankful!
