Although the work in the crawl space was challenging and confined and had to be done around our travel schedule, Milwaukee Heating and Cooling Inc and its staff approached it with a positive, professional attitude, keeping us informed of what was being done and why. There aren't enough kind words to adequately express my initial interaction with Milwaukee Heating and Cooling Inc. They arrived early for our scheduled meeting. After a solid 10 years, I assumed our heater was beyond repair. But within 30 minutes, he had it blowing hot air all over the home. We asked him for a quote on installing a new system because we realised we were running out of time with this one. One day later, I received his quote, and it appeared to be quite competitive with those from two other companies. They performed admirably!
I don't understand how this company gets a 4+ star, I talked to a gal and she said a service technician would call me back, nobody call and so I called back, she said that somebody will call in 30 minutes, no one calls...went with another heating compnay
Last year, on the hottest day, my central a/c virtually died. Through a friend suggestion, I called Milwaukee Heating and Cooling Inc. Later that morning their crew came out and my got my mouldy dinosaur running.

Not enough good words to describe my first experience with Milwaukee Heating and Cooling Inc. They showed up early for our appointment. I thought our heater was dead after a solid 10 year run. But within thirty minutes he had it breathing hot air throughout the house. Knowing that we are on borrowed time with this unit, we asked him for a bid on installing a new system. One day later I have his quote and it seems very competitive with two other companies have given. They really did a good job!!
Milwaukee Heating and Cooling came to my house after I called them because my heat was blowing out cold air they came out and charge me $150 to come and 150 for the first hour he told me it was the secondary unit and it was a recall part that he had to order and it would be 5 days for it to be shipped it is below 0 outside and he told me it was nothing he could do for me until then remind you it's below 0 in Milwaukee and my family was freezing he took my $300 and left. I went to home Depot to get a clean filter and saw a contractor I told him my furnace was blowing out cold air and he said I will follow you to your house to look at it, when he got to my house he check the fan on the blower motor and he said it wasn't turning and that was the problem he left to get the parts and came back and fixed it and only charge me $200 and called me back the next couple days to make sure it everything was alright the company was BELLE DEVISE LLC. Wisconsin Heating And Cooling never even check the fan on the blower motor he was only at my house for 15min and left with $300 without fixing anything I called them to tell them what happen and they sent the recall part back to the manufactor because I didn't want to deal with them anymore and would not give the part to the contractor that was installing it for me for half the price milwa ukee heating and cooling was charging me. I will be call BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU
I had two old AC units for a larger home on their way out. The response times to get an estimate were great; technician from Milwaukee Heating and Cooling came out to do an estimate and priced it very competitively. Throughout the whole process the communication was stellar, and months later when I finally decided to pull the trigger on new systems with short notice, there was a crew performing the install within a few days. I had a wife and baby in my hot home while the crew was doing the install and the servicemen were super professional, respectful, and considerate of the situation. My house is tricky, but they worked nonstop to overcome all issues and get the house cooling that evening. Super strong work ethic, excellent communication, just fantastic all around. I'll never use another HVAC company.
The temperature dropped and our furnace was out. Milwaukee heating and cooling came out right away and got us up and running for these cooler nights.
Great price, timeliness and outstanding professionals to deal with. Other than accomplishing the repair and replacement of my heating system, they took time to explain options in types of furnaces, consumption methods, pricing etc. From the first phone call and appointment set to the actual work by each and every technician who worked in the installation, the job was done in an efficient and effective manner. It is definitely hard to find a company with this high amount of vigilance and much integrity. I would highly recommend Milwaukee Heating and Cooling Pros to my neighbors and friends so that they may also able to experience the fantastic service I received this past two days.
