Brian has come out to our home on a few occasions and is always very prompt, professional, and friendly. We really appreciate that he takes the time to explain the root cause of issues and carefully explains the available options for repair. Great guy, would recommend.

The best thing I liked about the service is how courteous and attentive he was when making his rounds. Communication was not an issue. Brian called when he was on the way and another time outside the door pulling up. Smiles and courteous manners.
WOW! Brian did an amazing job replacing our AC unit it a super tight spot in a high rise condo in Uptown. He had to make several trips to get the new system to fit in to the space properly. He was on time, and conscientious and dealing with our concierge in the building and utilizing the loading dock. We would use him again in a heartbeat! Great guy👍🏼

A reliable HVAC technician requires two traits. They must be both proficient and trustworthy. I found both in Miller Mechanical. The service was prompt, professional and very reasonably priced. As an HVAC expert, the CEO Brian, displayed extensive knowledge in his field. All of the required repairs were explained in layman's terms, rather than using complicated technical jargon. The dedication to his craft is apparent, and only complimented by his personable demeanor. With Miller Mechanical, you can't go wrong. They've certainly gained a lifelong customer!
Brian was awesome to work with. I needed one of my AC unit replaced to put my house on the market and he came by quote me at a great price. Better than the ones advertised on TV hands down. He took the time to answer questions in the middle of work and was very neat throughout. A few months later, a tree branch fell and broke my 2nd AC unit. I gave him a call and he fixed it and assisted me with documents to give to my insurance company. I am so grateful I found an awesome AC person. I will recommend him to all my family and friends!
Brian Miller gave me a quote that was half the price for the same equipment that was quoted by a bigger HVAC company. He followed it up with excellent service. Our a/c was shot and he replaced the whole system on a Sunday to make sure my family didn’t have to deal with the heat any longer than necessary. I cancelled my maintence contract with the other company and won’t use anyone other than Miller Mechanical in the future.
Purchased the HVAC preventative maintenance package for my two system unit. Miller Mechanical was able to identify a bad capacitor that needed to be replaced and explain the work performed in layman's terms. Highly recommend to have service your properties
