Mike installed the HVAC in our new construction home. The AC was to be hung on a bracket on the side of the house. He put it on a piece of plastic in the dirt. The furnace has not operated properly one complete winter of the four years since we bought the home. He is either unable or unwilling to correct the problem. He has worked on it repeatedly, promises to return the same week then does not respond to calls or texts for months at a time. The unit is still not functioning properly. His service is very poor.
Mike came to complete work and said my furnace needed a new motor. He said he would call when it came in. He never called back and never returned my calls or texts. Very disappointed.
Mike was not an average HVAC specialists. I called Them for just seasonal service, He showed up on time and after looking into my Hvac he asked if I was doing remodeling. The entire blower and system was covered by heavy dust. He spend 3 hours and cleaned up the out side AC and inside blower and heater. Great service, honest and great price
