Absolutely fantastic service. AC was not running and Mile High came by and saved the day! The unit was wire incorrectly and Aaron was able to diagnose / solve the wiring issue on the spot in under 10 minutes. He also then stayed to educate me more about my AC system and how to operate it efficiently. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thanks again!

Absolutely the best experience with this company. From the kind initial phone call, to the fast response time. The tech was the most incredible person we have ever had come. He was knowledgeable and professional. We would hands down use them again!

Rebecca, in the office, was very responsive and helpful in getting someone to our home quickly to diagnose and repair the issue, John arrived on time, figured out what we needed, arranged to get a new hot water tank delivered, and installed it the same day. He stayed late, and did a neat, wonderful job. We were very happy with the services of Mile High Plumbing.
John and Aaron were both great, and we were very happy to have them replace our water heater. They both were knowledgeable and efficient with their work.

Could not have asked for a better experience considering the circumstances. Mile High was dispatched by my home warranty company after my hot water heater exploded in my basement. As others have said, the entire Mile High staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Rebecca spent quite a bit of time on the phone coordinating with my warranty company to make sure I got the best coverage. While Rebecca worked her magic, Osh communicated with me throughout the entire process, to include giving me his personal cell just in case I needed anything or had questions along the way. Aaron and David, assigned technicians, were both friendly and professional. Aaron went above and beyond to answer all my questions before, during, and after installing the new hot water heater. This is definitely the company I’ll be using whenever I have a plumbing issue in the future. Highly recommend!

Arrived within window that they said they would arrive; didn't feel like they tried to upsell me on services / additional items. My work was through a Home Warranty company but they got my claim worked out and finished in 2 days. Would use them again for other work.
They missed the first appointment and were 45 minutes late to the rescheduled one, but did quality work and cleaned up after, which was nice.
With all these good reviews, not sure what to say. Paid them some thousands to install a water heater. Year or so later, the water lines developed leaks at the tank. Poor installation and low-quality parts used (shark bite fittings.) I called, and they were very responsive, sending a man out that day at 3pm. Very nice young man. However, he was in the basement 8.5 hours, left at 11:30pm, and had not been able to install our heater blend valve he removed. Next day or so, plumber texted and said he had the valve and asked if he could come at 5:30pm next day. Fine. Shows up at 7:30pm, goes down in the basement for an hour, comes up and says he cannot install this valve. Leaves. Calls back 30 mins later, states "I am not sure I lit the pilot on the heater, may I come back?" Sure. 8:30pm, comes back. Lites pilot. Leaves. Sends me a text 20 mins later: "I don't think I opened the main valve on the hot pipe. Can you check?" Yep, he forgot that. I opened the valve. Stated someone from the office would call to schedule us again. 3 days, nothing. Called and spoke to the owner, he promised he would call the next day, he was busy. No worries. Day came and went. So did the following until I called late in the afternoon. Said "was ordering the valve." Texted us on a Saturday, valve came in. We scheduled again, this time 3pm-5pm. 6:45pm, nothing. No plumber. Canceled the "we take care of our customers warranty" with them. Paying another plumber to fix it. And....Mile High Plumbing was happy to give a $500 estimate to unscrew a gas pressure valve to the stove that was leaking...called another plumber. He did it immediately for a standard service call charge. He didn't even charge us for parts. I get it, sometimes there are problems. But to keep it going and going? Enough. Avoid. The entire Mile High Team was responsive, timely and very professional.
The scheduler was extremely helpful and resourceful providing me with same day service due to a cancellation and an installer near my rental where heater needed to be installed. My renter was very impressed with the installer and felt he was very professional. And, the total price for heater, permit, and installation was much less than any company I spoke with. This is now my go to company for heating and plumbing issues.
Robert/Bobby was awesome. Squared away every issue with our fixtures perfectly. Highly recommend!
Mile High Plumbing, LLC - Robert was very professional and friendly. He is knowledgeable and shares his expertise and experience readily. He gave helpful advice to address any possible future issues. That said I am confident there won't be any because he also stands behind his work. Quality service at a fair price, I can see why they do well with their local, repeat and word-of-mouth clients.
