Great vendor
Well let me start here, some of you might understand living in a big complex & maintenance have their hands full, Our head maintenance Ed needed assistance on the issue so he called out your team & it was AMAZING, BRIAN was Fabulous, very Professional, very Friendly & most of all very Knowledgeable. Brain fixed the issue in Amazing time & cleaned the work area, when he finished that... he went about & beyond by showing me the gas shut off valves & not only that he even checked my O2 Sensor & even Explained to me how that worked. Great job BRAIN... Thank you so much Brain & Mike's Plumbing BRONCOS !!!!

Regretfully, I didn't catch the name of the rude plumber that came out to my apartment. The work is still unfinished. They just didn't seem to want to work. He made multiple excuses...said people were "sick". Hey, then maybe don't enter a person's home so you can make excuses? Update: Avoid this company.
I called, made an appointment. The day came, the appointment time came and went. They didn't show, they didn't call. I called another company.
These guys are burning the midnight oil to keep my apartment heated. Gotta appreciate that kinda grit.
I used them lately for a commercial backflow test and of course they were reasonable and professional. BUT I need to say this about an experience with them after the pink plumbers SMITHS PLUMBING came to my house. They said they wanted $9,000 to replace my heater and they would not just fix it. AND after I refused, they jacked up the quoted estimate of $29 to $200 or so (it was about that much). I said no and I never got billed. LITTLE OLD LADIES BEWARE. Anyway Mike’s Plumbing’s business model is honest and professional work and they are so nice.

Do not recommend. I will spare the details. I strongly suggest that you choose another business to help you. Especially when it’s an emergency.
Rescheduled multiple times without warning. Absolutely poor communication with the apartment office and tenants of the unit. Prolonging a one day issue and turning it into a two week issue. Absolutely stay away. If you want a company that will actually show up, use affordable plumbing.
met with multiple employees to fix a shower drainage problem, they seemed like they would be good and professional. They needed to do work 2 days in and under my apartment. when the job was finished they left leaving multiple tools and materials, leaving the shower disgustingly dirty (not the condition it was when they arrived) and breaking the toilet paper holder off of my wall. They were extremely unprofessional and told me that "they don't get paid to clean up". would not recommend them.
Worked here for 1 year. I quit due to better opportunities. Its been 1 month and 2 weeks and still haven't received my last check.
The Tech was sent to our Apartments for an evening No Heat service call. Myself and another tenant seemed to be the only ones with no heat. The Dispatcher called to say the Tech would arrive in 30 minutes or less and advised me to watch for him. He arrived around 8pm. I showed him my non-working heat radiators and my neighbors apt, then showed him where the Mechanical room was. He said he'd take care of it from there and he did! In less than an hour we had heat and no problems since then. Thank you for the your great service, Mike's!
We were told that someone should show up between a four hour period and no one showed up and no one bothered to call us to let us know they wouldn’t be showing up. When I called and asked why we weren’t notified that they wouldn’t be here when they said they would be, I was told we just didn’t call. Then still didn’t get an exact time when someone would be here. I ended up wasting a whole day waiting for someone to show. Very unprofessional

Very nice when Mike came to give us an estimate but then his office staff kept giving excuse after excuse as to why I didn't Gey our estimate.
Wanda is AWESOME! She truly is what every Property Manager wishes for in a vendor at the front desk. She is always so helpful and honest and makes me feel like priority whether the work is big or small. My residents give the same feedback whenever they speak with her. The plumbers are really great too! Mikes Plumbing will always be my first choice as long as Wanda is there!! Thank you Mikes for being the best honest Plumbing company in all of Colorado Springs!!!!
I just bought my first house and my Realtor recommended Mike to check out my furnace and water heater. After his first visit I knew I'd be using Mike and his team for all my plumbing and heating needs. He told me what upgrades I could do and the benefits, but was very open about how I didn't need to do those things if I didn't want to. It was refreshing to get an honest answer without pressure to do unnecessary upgrades just to get a sale.
