This business gives, "local business" a bad name and ruins it for others. We had a brand new unit, all new duct work, thermostat and vents put in. Problem with thermostat from the get go. Someone was sent out twice but still had issues to where we have to reset it at least twice a day. Moisture coming in through every vent, causing mold issues that we never had before. We called about that issue and was told someone would come out but weeks go by and no response. Lightening strikes close to the house and unit stops working. Now being told that's not covered under warranty? One issue after another since day one. It's unfortunate. 14k and treated like the problems don't matter. Update, year later and got a phone call stating they will not fix any issues they caused and will no longer do service. Unfortunate when you have to sue a local company because they screw over a family, when they say they are for families.
Mean men
Josh from Mikes came out same day and got my he furnace up and running. It was an odd problem that he immediately diagnosed and fixed. And it didn't cost an arm and of leg. Thank you so much !!!!!! Mike's Heating and cooling is the best !!!!
Same day service which I didn't expect.phone was answered by a person not a machine to leave a message.we are new to the area and Mike's has a new customer for sure. The guy that came out was very nice and personable THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
James Todd was the serviceman that came out. He was very knowledgeable, with a few well learned tricks up his sleeve he saved me in the long run. I highly recommend this business.
They don't know how not to park in no parking spaces and blocks access to fuel pumps
Avery is getting a lot of praise. He deserves it. He put my heat pump in in record time and practically alone! Thanks also to Kevin and the young fellow whose name I can't now remember. Thanks to Mike's for the fast, excellent job. For the first time in years I don't dread winter in this chilly old farm house. Should have sprung for it years ago. Shaver's was a good company. Mike's is carrying that good reputation forward.
I called because my unit’s not cooling. I got Charity on the phone and she was soooo informative and sweet!! She was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with her.
Avery Ralph came to do maintenance on my unit notified me of a serious issue. Steven Burk helped me with my insurance claim then Kevin Possey stayed at my house until the install was finished even when I had to go to a funeral. Trust is important to me and I trust this team.
Highly recommend Mike's Service for home A/C. When calling ask for Kevin, he quickly resolved the A/C's problem and got it running.

Avery was great. Fixed out HVAC in ten minutes and came out less than an hour after we called them. Super nice guy too!
Serious business....Avery Ralph was ON IT! Our HVAC unit went out and he came out right away, communicated to get out there and help us out, diagnosed the problem and as soon as he had the part in hand, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get it installed and have us up and running in record time! Thank you to Mary in the office who kept great communication to keep me informed with the part order that was coming in and worked to keep us on the schedule to get the repair done as quickly as possible. Mike Pierce runs an outstanding service that is a shining example of how business should be done. I can't thank this crew enough for all they did to get our family back up and running! OUTSTANDING!

The men worked very well installed my mini split and my sons at the same time good price but we'll see how their service is once they get paid
